A unos 60 km de Doha, en la esquina sureste del país, se encuentra una de las maravillas naturales más impresionantes de Qatar, el “Mar Interior” o Khor Al Adaid. Reserva natural reconocida por la UNESCO con su propio ecosistema, este es uno de los pocos lugares del mundo donde el mar invade profundamente el corazón del desierto. Inaccesible por carretera, esta tranquila extensión de agua solo se puede alcanzar a través de las dunas ondulantes. Según la UNESCO, Khor Al Adaid representa «un paisaje notable» que ofrece «belleza paisajística de clase mundial». El área alberga un conjunto único de fauna, incluyendo varias especies que son raras y / o amenazadas internacionalmente, como las tortugas. Khor Al Adaid también alberga poblaciones de ciertas especies de aves que son de importancia nacional y regional: aves acuáticas migrantes de larga distancia en invierno. Los visitantes también pueden ver águilas pescadoras anidando en islotes y gacelas árabes.
Khor al Udaid, (también escrito Khawr al Udayd y Khor al-‘Udeid) es un asentamiento y ensenada del golfo Pérsico ubicado en el municipio de Al Wakrah en el sureste de Catar, en la frontera con Arabia Saudita. Es conocido por los hablantes locales de inglés como el "Mar Interior".

Amazing experience with Sabzali, what a guide, he literally amazed us with the dune bashing during the sunset, we also did sun boarding and swimmed in the beach next to the desert. If you come to Qatar you should definitely book that fun excursion.

Had an amazing desert safari experience with Abdul Rehman. The ride through the desert on the sand Dunes was exhilarating. My daughter really enjoyed the camel ride, holding the Falcon and surfing down the sand dune. Thank you Abdul for an amazing trip Patel Family

Abdul Rehman was our guide for desert safari. It was amazing trip. We made an unforgettable memories riding a camel and dune dashing and riding quad bikes in the Qatar desert and along gulf beach with amazing views. Recommend the to do the trip for those who kile similar activities

The desert safari was an unforgettable experience with stunning views and exciting activities. Although Asim arrived an hour late, he kindly compensated us with a free camel ride, which made the wait worthwhile. He was friendly and knowledgeable, adding to the overall enjoyment of the trip. I would definitely recommend this adventure to anyone visiting Qatar

Our desert safari with Sabzali was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! He was friendly, professional, and made sure everyone in the group was comfortable and having fun throughout the trip. His driving skills during the dune bashing were incredible - thrilling but always felt completely safe. Sabzali was also really knowledgeable about the desert and local culture, sharing interesting facts along the way and helping us capture some stunning photos at sunset. The whole experience was so well organised and full of great memories. If you’re planning a desert safari, I can’t recommend Sabzali enough. He truly made the adventure special! 🌅🐫

Fun & thrill packed tour with great guide Asim in the Arabian Desert today. The dune bashing was incredible and hair raising ! I was pretty useless at sand boarding though, it’s an age thing! Not to be missed if you visit Qatar.

We had booked a 4 hour tour with Asim through the desert! We can recommend it to anyone who wants a mix of adrenaline and nature. The dune bashing was just cool and we felt very safe with Asim.
