¿Sabes el sabor de una pasta danesa recién horneada con mantequilla? Durante esta clase práctica, aprenderá a hornear la felicidad danesa (dansk hygge). Un chef de repostería profesional con muchos años de experiencia lo guiará a través de todas las diferentes técnicas de cocción y consejos, como amasar, enrollar y doblar la masa con mantequilla. Haremos una selección de pasteles daneses tradicionales y deliciosos (Wienerbrød). El curso tendrá un descanso con café / té donde podrá probar algunos de sus pasteles daneses e intercambiar sus experiencias culturales y de repostería. Puedes traer al resto de ellos a casa para compartir con tu familia. Todas las recetas serán enviadas por correo electrónico.

Fantastic opportunity to learn! Clear instructions and good instructors. I would recommend to anyone that was interested in learning more about Danish pastry.
This was a fabulous class. Our instructor was witty and patient as we learned how to make the pastries. This is highly recommended, as were the 2 boxes of our freshly made pasties.
I booked this lesson as my husband’s Father’s Day gift as he loves Danish pastry. What a treat! Frederic is the perfect teacher: thoroughly prepared ahead of time, demonstrated techniques, helped as we went along, washed dishes to prep as we worked—just everything you’d expect from a teacher. Plus he’s funny and kind. And we were in a professional kitchen. While our pastries were not the most beautiful, they were delicious. All 2 dozen of them. We ate a few and then shared them with the canal boat operators who ran the tour we took afterwards. This is absolutely worth your time!
Fun but serious baking in a professional kitchen
Chef Fredrick is personable and knowledgeable . He was so patient with a group of 15 and we could tell he fully enjoys his craft. Our family of 9 took home 9 dozen delicious pastries and have thoroughly enjoyed gifting them as well as devouring them!

The chef was great - informative and provided the right amount of suggestions to improve your work. My teen daughter and I really enjoyed the class. You can bring home your dough if you have somewhere to store it. The chef also provides coffee and tea.
Thank you to Chef Terrible for providing this wonderful experience. He is very thorough and quick to answer any questions. It is a long class, with much information to cover. We enjoyed learning more about the Art of Danish Pastries, and of course tasting them!

My wife and I attended and had a great time! Frederick was a fun and easy instructor. The pastries were delicious and there were plenty to take home. Highly recommend for experienced bakers and amateurs.
