Very little wasted time, staff all super helpful and catered to the different languages in the group. One family in our tour and guide made sure kids were happy and safe with it being their first time snorkeling. First area was very difficult to see anything (not their fault) but they had a torch to help spot the fish. Otherwise it cleared up around the corner and we saw loads!! They were happy with us venturing off a little which I loved as it didn’t feel like we had to stick as a group, meant that my partner and I could feel as though it was just us out there and enjoying the experience. Would recommend!
Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re really happy to hear you enjoyed the experience and felt well looked after. Sea conditions can sometimes affect visibility, but we always do our best to find the best spots and help you discover the marine life safely. We’re especially glad the children felt comfortable on their first snorkeling adventure. Hope to see you again soon!
Unpresentables, I bought a voucher on Catch it, and booked with them on WhatsApp on Friday, where they confirmed me. We went down Saturday morning from Andorra, just to do the snorkeling experience with my 9-year-old son (what a disappointment he took). On arrival they tell me that it is cancelled and that if no one has called me. They're sorry, and their solution is they're gonna text Catch Him to give me the money back. They offer me to do a dive christening, without giving me back my money and paying almost triple the cost of the snorkel or catch me hotel and come back the next day... lousy treatment and the person I spoke to on WhatsApp has not even apologized. Recommended zero
Aim achieved, to see mere in les Illes Medes, and not one but three. It was very windy and we anchored between islands, where the sea was flat. Very good visibility and great fish. As for the material some suits were already very trenched, and some tb fins. Otherwise very nice, friendly monitors and we split into small groups. We were able to make lung descents and take a closer look at the fauna.
The setting is beautiful. Crystal clear water. Impressive visibility. Mere as fat as me....and best of all, the team of people who make up!! Thank you so much for showing us one of your jewels, making us feel like being among friends!
Fantastic experience! Our first time snorkeling with 2 adolescents of 14. We got good explanations in English and the Guide who went with our group explained everything super. It was a very nice experience!
This was a very well organised trip. We were given all the correct equipment and the guides were very friendly. However we were disappointed to see so few fish. We saw more from the beach where we were staying down the coast! Also the sea was very choppy and made it difficult to really relax and listen to the guide as we were being shown to different areas. The boat trip back in the choppy seas was fun though!
Everything perfect...very good organization. Nice excursion to the Medes Islands. They recommended it and it was a success
Wonderful experience! Medaqua did a great job making our snorkel tour fun and memorable. We had plenty of time in the water and saw a lot of sea life. They could have given a bit more explanation during the short tour around the islands but overall we enjoyed everything and would recommend!
We have often snorkeled off the coast of Costa Brava. We expected to see more and different fish because it is a protected nature reserve, but that was disappointing.
Although the kids are nice, the activity is very fair. To visit a nature reserve like the Medes, you don't see much nor do they explain anything to you. I wouldn't repeat.
