His extensive knowledge of the history of Zagreb and Croatia was presented in a friendly, easily understood and accessible manner, and buttressed with personal anecdotes so that it was never a boring recitation of dates and facts. He was also very attentive to our personal interests, frequently checking in and offering thoughtful suggestions and recommendations for things to do during our stay in Zagreb. Karlo was passionate and knowledgeable when sharing the history of Croatia. Having a private tour, enabled us to adjust as needed but also allowed us to have more meaningful conversations. Karlo is funny, helpful and sincere. He truly cared that we enjoyed our adventure. He went above and beyond in sharing recommendations for places to eat, get a drink and other area of interests. He even assisted us after the tour when we had a luggage issue and needed help in finding clothing stores. We will definitely choose Karlo for other adventures in Croatia.
