OMG!!!! Best experience ever! I was so nervous to try ziplining at first but I had an awesome time once we got started. It was exhilirating. Our tour guide, Eddy, was very informative and truky helpful in translating when I was shopping later. The driver, Wandy, was great. I felt very safe from the moment I got on. I will most definitely do this again!

Our family had a great experience on this zip line adventure! My teenage children and I had an absolute blast. My husband, who is over 50, enjoyed it too, although he found it overwhelming. Everything was very well organized from start to finish. The bus arrived on time, and our guide was professional, funny, and very informative, which made the ride enjoyable. The bus spent about 45 minutes picking up guests before the one-hour drive to the zip line location. The bus was comfortable, although the seats were a bit tight, so larger passengers may find them cramped. The safety briefing was short and to the point, but the guides repeated the most important instructions to make sure everyone understood them. Each participant was given a bottle of water that stayed clipped to the harness throughout the tour, which was a thoughtful touch. The course includes 12 zip lines. Some are connected one after another, while others require a short walk between them. The lengths vary, with some being long and scenic and others shorter, which kept the experience interesting. They allowed me to bring along my phone, which I used to take pictures and videos. It was in a hanging case on my neck. You do need to use both hands, so my videos didn’t come out the best but some captured it very well. They take professional pictures and the price is if I remember it well- $45 for all digital photos. they sent the link by email. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and encouraging. They made everyone feel safe and comfortable, and their positive attitude added to the overall experience. The only downside was the wait after we finished zip lining. Since some guests had booked the combined Zip Line and Monkey Land excursion, while us doing only the zip line had to wait quite a while for everyone to finish before returning. Overall, it was a fun, well-organized adventure that I would definitely recommend, especially for families with teenagers or anyone looking for an exciting outdoor activity.
