* El punto de encuentro en la terminal de Punta Langosta se encuentra en el faro frente al puerto, en las inmediaciones de Starbucks. * En la SSA México o Puerta Maya, el punto de encuentro se encuentra en la Plaza Royal Village, específicamente en la tienda deportiva Martí. * Para los hoteles y Airbnb, el punto de encuentro se define en el exterior de la propiedad. * Para los pasajeros que llegan desde Playa del Carmen en ferry, el punto de encuentro se encuentra en el monumento de Las Golondrinas, visible a la izquierda al salir del muelle

- Importante: Este tour es una motocicleta para 2 pasajeros, el conductor y su acompañante. Si 3 personas reservan, sería una motocicleta para 2 personas y la otra persona iría en una sola motocicleta. Solo se aplica a los grupos impares.
- La hora de inicio de la excursión se basa en la hora local. Permitimos un período de gracia de 25 minutos para los pasajeros. Si no llegan a los puntos de encuentro asignados dentro de este tiempo, la reserva se marcará como “no show”, y no se emitirá ningún reembolso bajo ninguna circunstancia.
- Tenga en cuenta que el cenote y el pueblo El Cedral no son propiedad ni están administrados por nuestra empresa. Forman parte de un parque ejidal administrado por las autoridades locales, que son plenamente responsables de su limpieza, mantenimiento y conservación general. Nuestra compañía solo proporciona el servicio turístico y paga las tarifas requeridas para operar en este lugar.

We had fun.. I wish we'd had a little more instruction of how to find the guy we were supposed to meet. (On Carnival go all the way to the back/out of the port where the taxis pick up, turn to LEFT and walk towards the big white condo building that says like ?CCI or something similar on it). There is an almost empty shopping plaza on the right (you'll go past the old guitar from the closed Hard Rock Cafe) and keep walking another block to a Sunglass store on your right. (The Marti store). The guide met us there-Super helpful, trustworthy. She even text us when we weren't there early. You do have to pay an additional $20/person to get into the cenote area when you arrive (she can take cards with tap to pay or cash). They provided helmets/goggles. You do need cash to tip your guide (we didn't have cash but he let us tap to pay again). The whisky tasting part wasn't really for us, I wish we had been able to spend that time exploring the church nearby. There wasn't food tho! And it lasted 3 hours so I was wishing we'd took snacks. **You will walk right past a 7/11 gas station on your way, so I recommend picking up snacks there! We were able to put our backpacks on the handlebars of the 4wheeler and wear your swimsuit for the quick swim in the cenote! (No time to change) It was a great excursion! My 14 yr old was able to drive-I didn't hear of any restrictions for drivers, etc. It felt very safe-was a fun afternoon! We wore mask for the dust but they weren't really necessary
The walk to the meeting point past the Plaza Royal Village wasn’t so bad if it wasn’t for the heat. The tour operator were nice enough to call me and guide me through the streets to meeting point , as I was running few minutes late. Our guide was amazing, he showed us the cenote and was extremely patient with us as we were taking photos. The tequila museum was interesting, alcoholics would appreciate this stop. After our guide waited for us to check out the local shops at the museum. I showed him a picture I wanted to get on the ATV , he even offered to bring out a cleaner ATV and parked it for us in front of the office area for numerous pictures.

Very fun expirience to do with friends, enjoyed it throughly and the people were very friendly.
Gabriel, our guide, was great. The ATVs and equipment were all in good condition, the tour was fun and informative, and the day went safely and smoothly. We were picked up on time and dropped off with more that enough time to grab lunch, shop, and get back on our cruise ship. We would go back.
We had to wait because they were not punctual for the pickup time; I had to contact Viator to send someone to pick us up, and only after that did they come. The cenote is quite dirty, although it is not their fault; it is good to let this be known for future travelers.
We understand that waiting a few minutes may have been frustrating. However, this is a shared group tour, and our guide or driver must pick up other guests before the tour begins. Small delays are a normal part of the logistics involved in operating a group excursion. If your priority is to depart at an exact time and receive exclusive service, we recommend booking a private tour in the future. Private tours are more expensive because the vehicle and guide are reserved exclusively for you, with no additional pickups. By choosing a shared group tour, which is offered at a more affordable price, it is important to understand that the schedule depends on the group's logistics and that minor delays or adjustments may occur during the pickup process. Very friendly tour. ATVs are a fun way to see some of the beautiful island and explore the history of the Cenotes. We recommend this tour.
This was such a fun experience. The ATV ride was so cool and the Cenote was amazing to see! This was so worth it and I highly reccomend!
