Itinerario
Tan pronto como llegue al Parque de la Paz Imjingak, recorrerá este parque con su guía, que incluye una taquilla, un lugar turístico, baños y algunos bares de aperitivos. El lugar del recorrido ofrece monumentos interesantes como la estatua de la paz, Mangbaedan, el Puente de la Libertad y la locomotora de vapor de la estación de Jangdan. Puedes entenderlos profundamente a través de los comentarios profesionales del guía. También visitará el punto accesible más cercano a la JSA: el Centro de Visitantes de Panmunjom, donde recibirá una explicación detallada en el lugar. Después del recorrido, abordará el autobús y se dirigirá al punto de control.
Mangbaedan es un altar conmemorativo construido para las personas que fueron separadas de sus familias durante la Guerra Coreana. Como no podían regresar a sus ciudades natales en Corea del Norte, usaron este sitio para inclinarse hacia sus hogares ancestrales. Todavía es visitado, especialmente durante las fiestas tradicionales, por aquellos que desean honrar a sus familias.
Se llega al Tercer Túnel, el túnel de infiltración representativo en Corea del Sur. Hay cuatro túneles invasores en Corea del Sur, y este es el lugar más popular entre ellos. Mide 1635 m de largo y altura y ancho son unos 2m respectivamente. Como se encuentra a 73 m bajo tierra, los turistas tardan unos 20 minutos en acercarse a la frontera. Se requieren cascos de seguridad porque las pendientes son pronunciadas y hay muchas piedras alrededor del túnel.
El Observatorio Dora se encuentra en la cima de la montaña Dorasan, en la zona DMZ. Está a unos cinco minutos del aparcamiento de autobuses. Dentro del edificio, hay un gran ventanal y se puede mirar hacia abajo en territorio Coreano. El área incluye el Complejo Industrial de Kaesong, algunas estatuas de dictadores, JSA, la frontera entre las dos Coreas, una aldea falsa y puestos de guardia. Tongilchon Village es el último lugar en el DMZ Tour y el más grande en el área de la DMZ. Fue creado para la propaganda internacional con el apoyo del gobierno en la década de 1970. Para crear el pueblo, el gobierno se refirió a la ciudad israelí de Kibbutz. Actualmente cuenta con unos 400 residentes y la mayoría de ellos se dedican a la agricultura.
El puente colgante del lago Majang es uno de los puentes colgantes más largos de Corea, que se extiende 220 metros a través del lago. Inaugurado en 2017, conecta senderos para caminar a ambos lados del lago y ofrece vistas al bosque y al agua circundantes. Es la última parada antes de regresar a Seúl.

We had an amazing tour with our lovely tour guide Bill Hwang! He was super sweet, gave us heaps of info and made the tour very memorable with his humour! He made sure to also add heaps of recommendations for Seoul food spots, K-dramas and K-pop and is an amazing photographer!

Bill Hwang was our guide for the tour where he gave us a sobering history lesson — knowledgeable, engaging, and somehow able to slip in Korean uncle jokes without breaking the mood. We left knowing significantly more about the DMZ and having laughed more than expected. Highly recommend, unless you're allergic to dad humour!

Incredibly knowledgeable about the history, attentive to every member of the group, and armed with a collection of uncle jokes that kept everyone smiling even during the heavier parts of the visit. He strikes the perfect balance between being informative and engaging — never overwhelming you with facts, but making sure you leave with a real understanding of what the DMZ represents.
