This is a super fun way to see part of the Island. Jimmy did a fantastic job describing about Maui history and environment. We learned so much! Beautiful views and delicious banana bread! Great way to start getting a good feeling of the island before you go to Hana.

We loved this tour. The tour guide was insightful, professional, personable. The open air shuttle was clean and safe, even had seat belts. It gets windy on the few times on the highway but I thought it felt good. The tour guide we had was Jimmy and he did a great job explaining everything we saw. He was a cautious driver and knew the roads well. I was glad to have someone else do the driving on the mountain road. We have mobility issues and he made sure to offer assistance whenever we needed it, we felt very safe. And the sights we saw were beautiful. I had no idea and never would have ventured out on my own so I’m very glad we chose this tour.
Jim was great! He is very knowledgeable and professional. Lots of interesting stories and very personable. The equipment was new, clean and very comfortable. We throughly enjoyed our tour and would highly recommend this company to everyone.
So glad we included this tour on the day we arrived at Maui! Our guide “G” was awesome! He gave us a great tour of the West side of Maui, and was a real pro at handling the open air vehicle! It was so nice to sit back and enjoy the incredible beauty of this side of the island!

The shuttle was clean, comfortable, and on time, and our guide was pleasant. Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing because of how the scheduling was handled. Three days before our tour, we were notified that our reserved time slot was being canceled because there weren’t enough travelers. We had to rearrange our plans to take an earlier tour, and we weren’t given the option to wait and see if additional bookings would fill the original departure. What made this especially frustrating was that when we returned from our tour, we saw the original departure leaving as scheduled. Had we been given the choice, we would have preferred to keep our original reservation instead of changing our plans. The transportation itself was good, but the communication and handling of the schedule left us disappointed. The price of the tour was more than the value in our experience.

We’re truly sorry for the frustration surrounding the scheduling. Because we operate small-group tours, each departure requires a minimum number of guests. Three days before your tour, bookings for your original departure were still below that minimum, so we reached out proactively rather than risk canceling your tour at the last minute. We know many guests carefully plan their vacation days, and our goal is to give as much advance notice as possible whenever a departure appears unlikely to operate. In your case, several last-minute reservations came in after you had already been moved, allowing the original departure to run after all. We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to see that tour leave as scheduled, and we can appreciate why that felt frustrating. We’ll take your feedback to heart as we continue refining our scheduling process to better balance providing advance notice with allowing additional time for late bookings. Such a fun and relaxing ride with Gaen. He stopped several times to explain the scenery and give us some of the backstory. Vehicle was comfortable and the breeze was very refreshing. Thanks for the great music Gaen, I totally forgot to ask you for your playlist!! LOL

This tour was as described. Our driver-guide, Gaen, was great! Lots of explanations and history given on this journey. Very receptive to answering our questions and lending a hand with picture-taking! I thought I saw a turtle swimming but not sure, and unfortunately for us, the Nakalele Blowhole wasn’t spewing water into the air! Wonderful trip nonetheless. Lots of pictures and videos as reminders. You won’t go wrong if you book this!!
