Awful booked with trip advisor arrived at the Burj Khalifa to be told after queuing that I needed a QR code that my booking was not received recognised on the system that the booking agent in Egypt was not answering 😡 left £201 out of pocket not happy, unhelpful staff at the Burj informed no time to help me that they were busy get a refund! ! Called my daughter in England to help resolve told to buy ticket claim refund and await an email as yet not received will follow up when back in England

I recently joined the “Enjoy Dubai Burj Khalifa With Dinner at a Tower Restaurant” tour, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable evenings of my trip. Everything was organized smoothly from start to finish, with comfortable transfers and excellent timing. The visit to the Burj Khalifa was absolutely breathtaking. Our guide Jad provided helpful insights that added a nice touch without overwhelming the moment. Dinner at the tower restaurant was exceptional. The atmosphere was elegant, the service attentive, and the food beautifully presented with rich flavors. Dining while overlooking the glittering skyline created a truly magical mood. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Dubai. It’s the perfect combination of luxury, unforgettable views, and a relaxed, well-planned evening that leaves you with amazing memories.

It was a wonderful time with my husband. We booked with this company a day before the tour and they contacted us the same moment we made the booking and they sent the entry tickets because I was looking forward to this dinner as it was our wedding anniversary. We had three dinners last night. The restaurant is located on the top floor of a hotel. The staff is really very nice like everyone else in Dubai. Very pretty location with stunning views of Burj kalifa. We took 1 appetizer of hearty and tasty fish frying (clean oil) 3 first courses of which 2 delicious fettuccine with meat sauce and a cheese and pepper. Good cold beer. They gave us a tasting of delicious sauce with 1 hot sandwich as a welcome. Very kind staff relaxing atmosphere Prices in the norm. I recommend it

My friends and I did not experience dining at the Burj Khalifa because I recieved a message two hours before our reservation that Dubai Egy Travel couldn't locate my tickets. They said they could refund the cost of the tickets or reschedule the reservation, but my time was limited, and I could not reschedule. I asked the front desk at the Burj Khalifa, and they said they never recieved the confirmation from Viatar with a QR code. As of today, I haven't received my refund of $990 that was supposed to be processed on March 21, 2025, which I need ASAP. I would like to know what the delay is. This last minute communication of not finding tickets that I purchased well in advance was unacceptable and disappointing, and my friends and I missed the opportunity for an amazing experience. Please contact me immediately with an explanation and a timelime for when I will recieve the $990 I paid in advance before I need to take legal action.
