Descripción
El recorrido City Tapas & Wine lo lleva a descubrir la ciudad de Tavira y al final del recorrido tendrá derecho a una degustación de tapas locales en el restaurante Ti Maria, uno de nuestros socios. Pase y pare en las salinas, pase por el área de Atalaia, el Convento das Bernardas, antigua prisión y pare en la iglesia de São Sebastião. También pasa por el cuartel militar, la iglesia de San Francisco y la iglesia de San José (antigua iglesia del hospital). Luego continuamos por Rua da Liberdade y Praça da República (centro). El área histórica es el área más importante de este recorrido, donde visitaremos el Convento da Graça, la Iglesia de Santiago, la Iglesia de Santa María, la Iglesia de la Misericordia y nos detendremos en el Castillo. Casi al final del recorrido vamos al Alto de São Brás, donde encontramos la Capilla de São Brás y la Iglesia de Nossa Senhora do Carmo. Para finalizar el recorrido, Maria's Tuk Tuk te lleva al restaurante Ti Maria, donde tendrás una carta de tapas y vinos incluida.

El recorrido en tuk tuk por la ciudad de Tavira comienza en el área del Alto de São Brás. En esta área encontramos la capilla de São Brás y la Iglesia Nossa Senhora do Carmo, la iglesia más grande de la ciudad.
Pasaje y parada en las salinas y paso por Atalaia.
Pasando por Convento das Bernardas.
En esta área pasaremos por la antigua prisión / Biblioteca de Tavira, y nos detendremos en la Capilla de São Sebastião

Pasarela en Rua da Liberdade y Praça da República (centro de la ciudad)

What a great time going around the city and learning about the historical and cultural significance. The bonus was at the end when we had fabulous tapas.
We all thoroughly enjoyed our tour around Tavira and saw a lot more of the city then we would have otherwise. Our host was very informative and friendly. The wine and tapas were excellent and generous portions and we enjoyed the wine so much that we bought 2 more bottles to take away with us. Would fully recommend this
This is the way to see Tavira highlights. The tour takes in a variety of landmarks. You are able to stop, if you choose to, to go into churches, city gardens and there are plenty of photo opportunities. Our tour ended with some lovely tapas and wine at Ti Maria restaurant. Our guide, Lawrie, was jovial and extremely knowledgeable which helped make the trip most enjoyable. We had one or two queries prior to booking the trip which were raised by email, all of which were answered quickly and fully. We would highly recommend this company for your tuk tuk trip.
We had a great tour around Tavira. Our tour guide was professional and knowledgeable. We then had a really good late lunch at Tia Maria. We thought this was good value and outstanding customer service when organising the trip.
We are staying in Tavira and were picked up from our hotel. Our guide was fabulous in taking us through the history of this lovely city and showing us sites we would never of seen just walking around. The lunch after was at a restaurant where we were made to feel like special guests from the high quality food to the service. An all round superb trip!
Excellent way to see Tavira and learn about its history. Finished off with some local Tapas at a lovely restaurant. Driver spoke good English and entertained us for the whole trip. Very considerate of good spots to take photos and have a look around

Brilliant tour. You have 90mins in a tuktuk with extremely experienced guide learning all about Tavira, the history, the sights, salt pans, tuna fishing and so on. Our guide had a dry quirky sense of humour that was great fun. Then you end up at a wonderful tapas restaurant where there are loads of different tapas to try. Great day
Fantastic tour. 90 mins of extensive history of Tavira, from the Moors to the Salt Pans and everything in between. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable with a wicked dry humour and a pleasure to learn from. The tapas at TiMaria was a fabulous finish to a wonderful day

Great tour! Very informative and a good fun way to see Tavira’s highlights! The tour explored the cobbled streets, multiple churches and the salt fields. It finishes at Ti Maria for great food & wine. Definitely recommended
