We were picked up by our driver Yasser in his lovely air conditioned car, he was well spoken in English and other languages. Whilst on our way he spoke about the history of Sharm and was very knowledgeable and really friendly. We were then met by Walid at the first stop being the quads, he was really attentive, friendly and super cool! He gave us all safety advices and made sure we were ok along the way. Took videos of us all whilst riding to capture all the memories! We then went to Naama Bay for tge water sports which were amazing! We all had a fantastic thrilling day out, it was a great mix of desert sun and beach and I would highly recommend it!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience – Highly Recommended! We were a group of 2 adults and 6 children, with the youngest being just 10 years old, and Jaz Tours exceeded all of our expectations. Our first excursion was the quad bikes. The transport was first class, arrived exactly on time, and everything was very well organised. Waleed, our guide, and his team were outstanding. They were brilliant with the younger children, making sure everyone felt safe, comfortable, and had an amazing experience. We were then picked up for the water sports, and once again everything was perfectly organised. The owner of Jaz Tours was there throughout the day, which made the whole experience feel even more personal. He genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy and enjoying themselves. The level of customer service was exceptional from start to finish. If you're English and looking for a trustworthy, professional tour company in Sharm El Sheikh, I can't recommend Jaz Tours highly enough. In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we've already booked a second excursion—the Sunset Quad Bike but just for us 8 for a couple of days' time. The prices are excellent, and the service is second to none. Thank you to Waleed and everyone at Jaz Tours for giving our family such fantastic memories. We can't wait for our next trip!

We have done quads in egypt twice. This time we booked to do the quads with Jaz tours. I can say this was the best I had done the guides were amazing couldn't do enough for you. It's longer on the quads then the other ones. The watersports was just as good. Could not fault anything today they went above and beyond. Highly recommend this company as they have great English and understand our culture. Already booked to go again Sunday.

First time we used Viator, a TripAdvisor company, to book two different excursions before departure. Both attention to detail, precise appointments, new means of transport, clean, equipped with effective air conditioning, local music always present. Even the second Operator Tour, Jaz Tours Sharm El Sheikh by mr. Jasser, a lovely person, polite, caring, open to negotiation (in Sharm everyone is a bit), even graduated in Italian from Cairo University. Look for him and contact him, there is no regret!
