Nice quad bike tour through the desert. Nice stop in a Bedouin village where we drank tea. Upon returning after sunset there was a barbecue waiting. This was very mediocre. A drink on return would have been more desirable than having to do business directly about the price of the photos taken on the way. Tour beautiful, care around it can be much more customer friendly.
We booked a safari and quad tour with this company and experienced one of the most chaotic and unprofessional services ever. Our pick-up time was confirmed for 8:00 am, but nobody showed up. We had to call them ourselves to find out what happened. They apologized and rescheduled for the next day at 9:00 am — but then suddenly changed it to 7:30 am without properly informing us. They claimed they sent a WhatsApp message, but neither we nor our hotel ever received it. The hotel also confirmed that no driver came or called. On top of that, we were asked to pay an extra 15 EUR per person for the transfer, which was never mentioned in the total price at booking. This is misleading and feels like a scam. We lost our time, our money, and our trust. There are many other professional companies out there — save yourself the frustration and book with someone else.
It was fantastic. I had never driven a quad four before and really enjoyed it. Even though it was my first time we drove really fast and adrenaline was really pumping up. The view along the way is breathtaking. The camel ride was also quite nice. It is short but enough to get the feeling. The staff was very friendly. If my holidays were longer I would definitely repeat it 😁. For the ones doing it for the first time, you can take light closes but put a strong sunscreen, goggles and scarf are a must. Bring your own or otherwise you can rent them at the location. My only suggestion to the organisers is to lower the cost of the photos as 10 euros per person is quite excessive. If you would lower it to 5, i would bet everyone would pay it 😏

Very good experience and lots included. Guide Mark very good and very helpful. Family of five including 7 & 3 year olds and all catered for. Will need some extra money but worth it.

Amazing experience. Poula picked us up directly from the hotel and greeted us warmly and was very friendly and helpful. He made sure that we were very good looked after. Everything was well organised. Our photographer was the best but unfortunately we forgot his name (but we uploaded his photo). He took more photos of us than our engagement party 🥰. Our tour guide was shy but very friendly. He always made sure that we were ok and safe. We drove the quad bike very fast and it was so much fun. We had 1 quad bike for the two of us because I didn’t want to drive, but I strongly advise against using 1 quad bike for 2 persons because the engine was very hot and I ended up holding both my legs in the air😂😂😂. The activity is not for people who don’t like to be exposed to the sun. All in all, it was a lot of fun and I can only recommend this activity if you would like to drive a quad bike for 25 km .💪💪💪 Thank you Poula, our photographer and out tour guide 😍🥰🥰

For Bassem : An unforgettable experience. They picked us up directly from our hotel and brought us back there at the end of the evening. The schedules were scrupulously respected. The organizers were exceptional (Bassem in particular, with his warm welcome and great knowledge of the region) and the activities offered were spectacular (camel rides in the desert expanses, quad thrills, and thrilling buggy adventures). The all-you-can-eat dinner was exquisite, with an assortment of local and international dishes where the roast chicken and spicy sausages were particularly delicious. For my first visit to Egypt, it was a day that will remain etched in my memory (the sunset over the desert was simply magical).
