This is a long day so be prepared but well worth your time. Butchart Gardens are spectacular in both beauty and quality and I’ve seldom seen a more spectacular garden.
Bobby Wilson was our driver and tour guide yesterday for a full day tour of Victoria. We knew it would be a long day with an early morning departure and a late return to our hotel, but Bobby made every moment so worth it. Our agenda was to visit the Butchart gardens and then spend some free time in Victoria. Between Bobby’s stories of growing up in North Vancouver, his slight detours of the route to show us the various beautiful historic neighborhoods and homes, and highlighting the people and places that make British Columbia so special, we felt like we saw so much more. His attention to detail, his punctuality, and fantastic suggestions kept our group of 40, educated, entertained, safe, and thoroughly satisfied. He is a real gem of a gentleman and someone I highly recommend for your touring needs in Vancouver.
It is a very long day! The bus doesn’t give you water bottles, and there aren’t any charging plugs for your phones.
A long day but a great one. The Butchart Gardens are stunning. Then on to Victoria a beautiful city. We had a nice amount of time at each place. There was a lot of travel time but well worth it.
Gardens are beautiful. Could not understand the driver, and that’s why I raided it a four out of five stars.
Our driver, Andy, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and really helpful with our elderly family members and wheelchair. He was kind and patient and gave many interesting and informative tips on our tour.

It was a long day but we loved the gardens and seeing Victoria. I liked that we got to go off by ourselves and spend time on what we wanted.

it's a long day with a lot of ferry time bring a book and a charger. bring snacks for the time on the ferry or a meal.

Butchart Gardens and Victoria were a must see on my bucket list and it didn’t disappoint. Although it is a very long day with the Ferry ride the gardens are amazing and can’t be missed. Victoria is beautiful.
