Itinerario

Highly recommended! We had a wonderful time. The weather was beautiful and Mt Fuji was clearly visible throughout the trip. Our guide Millie was very professional and speaks fluent English. The driver was very polite and drove smoothly. Both of them made us feel very comfortable during the entire tour. The highlight of the tour was Makaino Farm. We had a great time feeding animals and taking pictures with them. And it’s such a great place for photo ops, too, with Mt. Fuji providing a majestic backdrop. We truly enjoyed our time at the farm. If you love animas and nature, I would highly recommend this tour.
One of the best experiences of our Japan trip! Our guide, Lee, was very friendly and openly communicated from the night before our trip to the end of our day. He was able to give us a lot of information about each location and I learned a lot. He helped us find the best photo viewpoints as well. The time spent at each location was perfect for us, and we were able to walk around and explore freely. Our driver kept the trip smooth and convenient. Each location was a bit crowded given the holiday season, but all of them were still very enjoyable and had beautiful views. The Makaino Farm Ranch was my personal favorite because of how easily you can interact with the animals, super fun for me and my younger siblings. I honestly don’t have anything negative to say about this experience, I feel like it just has a great itinerary! It didn’t feel rushed, and we were still able to get back to Tokyo at a reasonable time.
It was hard to find the guide. Need clear sign and location prior. Photo opportunities when bus stops, clarify this. Less time at the farm. Earlier departure home to minimise traffic. Toilet stop on way home if caught in traffic. More information whilst on bus not during photo time.
We had a wonderful time with the tour! The tour itinerary is well planned. Lee is very knowledgeable and helpful ! Mt Fuji is magnificent :)
We had an absolutely great time with this experience. Lee was super helpful in helping us navigate to the meeting point when we got lost. Overall he provided excellent service by telling us stories of different sites and lore. We were able to get lots of free time and were never rushed. Would gladly book again.
We booked the Lake Kawaguchi Mt Fuji tour because the wife was very insistent on getting a close-up view of the mountain. Our itinerary only had time for the tour on the day before we flew out, so that's what we booked. Unfortunately, the weather was bad. Our tour guide, Lee, reached out to see if we wanted to reschedule because of the bad weather forecast, but we didn't have an alternate date available. So we went on a Mt. Fuji tour on a rainy day and didn't catch so much as a glimpse of the mountain. This was nobody's fault, and the locations we visited were all great. At the first stop on the shore of lake Kawaguchi we took photos with the red flowers and tall reeds, and we found the Lake Bake bakery which had great baked goods. Again, the lack of Mt. Fuji was a disappointment, but I imagine the views with the mountain in the background would have been breathtaking. The second stop was a village that looked like it existed in the same form for several centuries. There were some nice crafts available for purchase, and the spirit of the place hummed with a serene harmony. Lee warned us against going into the treeline because of bears... Our final stop was the Makaino Farm. The animals were all in their covered pens because of the rain, but it was a charming visit nonetheless. I had read a review mentioning renting a lamb to walk around with, and with the weather preventing animal rentals I was doubly disappointed (that being on top of not seeing Mt. Fuji). We bought some butter made right there on the farm, and it was so good that it offered much consolation to my disappointment. Lee did a great job throughout, and I think the tour would have been the highlight of our trip if we had better weather. We'll give it another try when we return.
Our guide Ria was fantastic—very professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Driver was very polite! Thanks to them, the trip was both fun and unforgettable!!!
We traveled as a small group, At first I was a little worried because there is not much other people, but the guide was so kind and helpful, it made me feel very comfortable Most importantly, I saw Mt. Fuji from different angles and played with cute animals! Very happy day, thank you!!
I had such a wonderful day! The guide was way more professional and fluent in English than I expected. The farm was absolutely worth visiting — I even rented a little lamb to walk with me, which was such a unique experience you can’t find anywhere else. The Park was also gorgeous; i also enjoyed ice cream by the lake and the red grass in this season is best!
