Nana was super friendly and considerate! She was communicative when we booked the tour and attentive on the day of the meeting. Very good English as well. Nana even provided waters in a cooler (definitely saved us when it’s so hot!) and took our pictures with a nice camera. I went with my mom for my 18th birthday and this was definitely the highlight of our trip :) it was really nice having a booked minivan and not having to worry about where to go, how to buy tickets, etcetera. Nana knew a lot about the temple and Hakone too. It’s cool having a Japanese gal show us around. Because she is still building up the tour group there were only 4 of us, so definitely don’t miss out on booking her for a tour before she gets so popular!
This tour was splendid! Nana was a wonderful guide and helped us find the best photo spots at each location. She also took amazing pictures of us with her camera. There was sufficient time at each spot. The tour felt very personable as we traveled in a small group. We had wonderful conversations and got to know one another. If you want a tour of the Hanoke area, I would highly recommend booking this tour!
Amazing tour experience with our guide Nana! She was very energetic and knowledgeable about each of the places we went to and recommended some options to explore in each stop. Our tour group was very small and felt intimate which is a huge plus. Each stop was about 1 hour and we had plenty of time to look around. The pirate ship and the rope way were add-ons that are separately paid ¥3,700/person. My favorite stop was Hakone to see the iconic gateways and we were able to see Mt. Fuji at the end of the tour after it became visible. Highly recommend for a tour option that encompasses some of the other attractions outside of Tokyo!!
My daughter and I had a great tour with Nana, she is very friendly and very attentive to our needs. Like we have a Japanese gal to show us around and we also got lucky to have a small group tour today so I highly recommend you book a tour with her.
