Excellent service. Explained all the sights as we drove. Very courteous and respectful.
Arrived on time but with a flat front tyre. Had to wait 30 minutes for him to leave to get air. Not sure why this was not noticed before pickup. Van was below average condition and not clean. Competitive price. Easy booking. Good comunication, although selected pay later and found that money had been deducted from credit card before pick-up. Pleasant driver.

Unfortunately, Massimo—the driver—only noticed the issue with the wheel upon arriving at the pickup point; however, as you likely observed, he did his utmost to honor the transfer and the commitment made to you. Handling over 800 transfers a year, such things can happen; ultimately, these are vehicles made of mechanical parts that are prone to breaking down. Our minivans undergo checks every evening, but unexpected issues are simply part of the job. That said, as the owner, I am pleased that you appreciated our transport service and our driver's courtesy. Regarding payments, we do not handle the transactions directly; that is managed by Viator Ltd. Thank you, Davide.
Davide was quick to respond and easy to work with during the booking process. Mario was our driver. He contacted us before we even landed to let us know where he’d be. He was professional and friendly and even gave us a great dinner suggestion.
Booked this since we are traveling with younger kids and needed a 0500 am ride to the airport. Easy to communicate with and arrived on time! Booster seats provided as well (just have to ask!). Highly recommend this service!!! Thank you so much for making coming home easy.
I highly recommend the service provided by Davide and his drivers. Davide was in touch with me for months leading up to our family trip to Rome. He made sure we were well taken care of even before we arrived in the airport. Upon arrival, our driver Mario was so friendly and professional and an incredibly safe driver. He was attentive to my whole family both for the trip from the airport to the hotel, as well as the day trip we organised from Rome to Assisi and back. He even bought us coffee and ice cream on the long journey during our day trip! With Davide and his drivers, you can be assured of a high quality experience, with amazing service in a luxurious and comfortable vehicle. This truly made our Rome trip so comfortable and special.

Excellent driver and great service. Driver arrived at 5:45 AM for a 6 AM appointment. We were waiting on him for less than two minutes when he arrived. He loaded our luggage and us into the large passenger van and made sure we were comfortable. We arrived safely and he made sure we were at the right terminal. Outstanding 5 Star Service!!!!!

Driver arrived 15 minutes ahead of time which was great since we were ready. Van had good AC which was much needed. Got us there with plenty of time to check in.
