Toledo es una ciudad declarada Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO, donde las culturas cristiana, judía y musulmana dieron forma a una historia única. El área protegida comprende el casco antiguo de la ciudad, delimitado por la muralla y el meandro formado por el río Tajo. Fue declarada Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO en 1986. La ciudad también tiene la condición de Bien de Interés Cultural, habiendo sido declarada monumento histórico-artístico el 9 de marzo de 1940.
La Plaza de Zocodover es una plaza de la ciudad de Toledo. Fue el eje central de la ciudad durante la mayor parte de su historia, actuando como su plaza principal. En la plaza se vendían caballos, asnos, potros, yeguas, mulas y otros animales cuando Toledo era ciudad hispano-musulmana
La catedral de Toledo es una de las tres catedrales del gótico alto del siglo XIII en España y está considerada la obra maestra del estilo gótico en España. Se inició en 1226 bajo el reinado de Fernando III, y las bóvedas de la nave central se terminaron en época de los Reyes Católicos en 1493.
Es la comunidad judía de Toledo la que se convirtió, en los siglos XII y XIII, en la más poblada y rica del Reino de Castilla. Convive desde hace siglos, de forma más o menos pacífica, con musulmanes y cristianos, por lo que se la llamaría la ciudad de las tres culturas.

The guide was nice and knowledgeable which is the only redeeming feature about this tour. The tour company was obnoxious and unaccommodating. When we arrived at the meeting point (the tour offices), the person who checked us in declined to let me use the restroom-they clearly have one and i have never had this experience when meeting at a tour office-they generally encourage you to use the restroom, especially if the first stop is over an hour away. The same person told us we had one minute to make the tour (was not accurate) and basically kicked us out. The next restroom was over an hour away in Toledo. Very bad first impression! Also, due to unforeseen circumstances, we were a few minutes late to arrive at the bus on the way back. I told the bus driver we would be a few minutes later and they did not bother to wait. The free time was also limited and the tour does not offer entrance to any of the locations listed. There are lots of other options for tours to Toledo, i would recommend using a different company

Regarding the meeting point, we currently do not have restroom facilities on-site, which is why we kindly recommend arriving 15–20 minutes in advance. There are nearby cafés and restaurants where facilities are available before departure. We also operate with strict departure and return schedules out of respect for all passengers and to ensure the smooth running of the tour. While we understand this may feel restrictive in some situations, we are unfortunately unable to delay departures or wait beyond the scheduled times. The best experience with the best
Ricardo’s English was very difficult to understand. The visit to the jewelry factory was just a big sales pitch. Anthony, the English speaking guide, was patronizing and looked ridiculous in his bib overalls.
Good attention from the staff, in the purchase we have been given all kinds of explanations very professionally and the tour has been comfortable and Toledo is an incredible place very suitable to spend a very nice day with the family.

Half day Toledo tour. For those who do not want to enter anywhere is fine, panoramic view of 10 minutes, visit to the factory and sale of unnecessary knives 1/2 hour, and correct the guides by the points of interest of the city. Then free time to do what everyone wants.

I arrived on time and there was no bus to start the tour. They didn’t give me any solution to resettle (it was my last day in Madrid and I had the possibility to come back in May and they told me that it could NOT be scheduled for that month). They treated me with high-handedness. I do not recommend them, as I consulted it seems that part of the business model does not respect the start times to leave people outside.

Estuve conversando con usted via intranet Viator y le propuse en varias ocasiones cambiar de fecha y además autorice un reembolso de 25% del total pagado a Viator cuando su reserva tenía 100% de gastos de cancelación. Good option if you are looking for a quick day trip. 1) Be careful on escalators. An older lady tried pick pocketing my wife on them. 2) Trains are faster and cheaper. 3) You will stop at a store on the way that all the bus companies must get a kick back from. All the items sold there can be purchased in the town. 4) If you have a baby stroller. You will be carrying it up stairs half the time. 5) The walking tour is quite nice. 6) The busses will leave without you, so plan accordingly. Toledo is great, recommend.
