Lawrence narration was fantastic. Great day in Honfleur with plenty of restaurants and shops and the market on Saturday. Highly recommend booking.
Super disappointing is the best explanation. This was basically a bus ride to two towns. For the first stop we were given 45 minutes to peruse an area where half of the stores weren't open and clearly catered to the wealthy (thinks stores like LV and YSL). Perhaps with more time we may have been able to venture on foot further and found something worth our while. Our second stop we were given about an hour and 45 minutes. A church was pointed out to us (that was interesting), but nothng else was. We were told to return to the bus at 2:15 and had a 20 minute drive back to the ship. I understand that they need to account for traffic, but this is advertised as 6 hour excursion, which it most definitely was not. It cost $450 for three of us and it defintely was not worth it.

According to our GPS records, the tour started on time and returned approximately six hours after the scheduled departure, as advertised. Please note that the total tour duration includes the driving time between destinations as well as the time spent at each stop. We're also sorry that Honfleur didn't charm you the way it has so many of our guests—and us as well. We understand that every traveler has different interests and expectations, and we regret that the experience wasn't what you had hoped for. Really recommend this lovely excursion. We were collected from the cruise port Lawrence our guide was excellent, so knowledgeable and also very funny. He brought Norman history to life. When we got to Honfleur, it was so beautiful. Lots of history and buildings which were fascinating. We had amazing local ice cream/sorbet. Lovely shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend
Bastion was a very knowledgeable guide. And we had ample time to explore Honfluer on our own. A little more time in Deauville would have been nice.
We had a great day with Jasmina. Although we wish the tour was longer (we enjoyed it so much we needed more time), she never made us feel rushed & wanted us to great memories & enjoy the day. She also gave a very good history lesson on France.
I had the most WONDERFUL experience with our guide! She was so friendly, on time, and provided us with interesting facts about each stop. I had such a great day in France:)
