While initial communication from the company was good, the overall experience was very disappointing. The vehicle provided was a regular 16 seater shuttle bus and nothing like the advertised luxury mini van pictured in their advertising. The driver was not waiting at the airport and arrived some 15 minutes later, after we contacted the company. He did not properly greet us, did not provide water and the a/c was ineffective. This was definitely not the luxury private transfer to our hotel that my partner and I expected and paid $$ for.
Good vehicle but no greetings at reception. AC of vehicle were not working appropriately
