Wonderful experience with breathtaking scenery. Guide was knowledgeable and experienced and friendly. Would give it full marks but I think it was a bit pricey.
Beautiful scenery, great knowledgeable guides, and luckily great weather. Stopped for scenic pictures on the way back to the shop to.
Beautiful scenery. Very informative guide. The falls were magnificent. The tour guide was so accommodating allowing a choice to exit the bus at three distinct locations
Very nice tour to the Godafoss waterfall with Niels as guide told very much about Iceland very well!👍🏼
The waterfalls are beautiful and worth the experience. We had to wait for a new bus, which was not an issue for us. But, the trip only lasted 2-hours when it’s advertised for 2.5. We would love to have more time at the falls. It was a rainy, cloudy day, so we didn’t need the city view stop. Seeing the falls was worth it.
Great tour with very nice local guides who were able to tell us a lot about their country. Our ship was delayed docking at the port and they waited until even the last ones were on the bus. Thank you very much for the lovely tour.
Very enjoyable tour to beautiful waterfalls. Very scenic drive. Knowledgeable tour guide. Highly recommend
This was one of the highlights of our time in Iceland! Goðafoss is absolutely breathtaking, and the excursion was well organized from start to finish. Our guide, Neil, truly made the experience exceptional. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. Throughout the tour, he shared interesting information about Iceland’s history, culture, and landscape while making everyone feel welcome. He was also happy to answer questions and made sure everyone had plenty of time to enjoy the waterfall and take photos without feeling rushed. If you’re visiting Akureyri, I highly recommend this excursion. The scenery is incredible, and if you’re lucky enough to have Neil as your guide, you’re in for a fantastic experience!
This trip was about 2.5 hours and the journey was filled with excellent commentary from our guide sharing history & interesting facts about Iceland & this area in particular. We had around 45 minutes at the falls which was plenty of time to walk around. The route went a different way back which made it interesting. They were very accommodating for everyone on the tour. Highly recommend.
Amazing tour and fantastic guide and driver! Very informative, educational and easy to understand. Departure and return were timely and description of advertised tour was accurate. Our first experience with Viator and will definitely not be our last. Thank you!!
