Interesting transfer with our driver who had some bad luck with parking his car the night before at a hotel and it not being there the next day when he was leaving to come to pick us up. We did get to the hotel in Munich though.

We’d like to clarify that, despite an unforeseen complication with the driver’s vehicle being towed the morning of your transfer (which resulted in a €500 fine), you were picked up on time and the transfer was completed exactly as planned and without delay. While the situation with the vehicle was certainly stressful for the driver, it did not impact the quality or timing of the service you received. From our operational point of view, the transfer was conducted professionally and to our usual standards. For this reason, we are a bit surprised by the low rating, as everything was delivered correctly and on time from the customer’s perspective. Nevertheless, we respect your opinion and take all feedback seriously. We remain committed to high-quality service across Europe and hope we’ll have a chance to welcome you again in the future under more transparent circumstances. our driver was exceptional, waitingvfor us while we searched for lost luggage. Very attentive to every detail. Even waiting for us whrn our tour put us in the wrong hotel so we would't be stranded.
