Trip was fine. Some thoughts on communication. Got a WhatsApp from driver that trip need to move up earlier(7:30) due to mechanic issues but then communicated no changed. Was a bit confused since it was post 11pm text and a call after 12 am. Message was not receive till early morning. Morning of, Driver was late for meet up point post 10am when direction asked to be in area 30 minutes before departure. There could be more Proactive communication and more directions or later meeting time if driver does not get there as expected time frame.
Tour grade was great, the ride was comfortable for us. Probably a little too much time at Lake Moraine. RJ was our guide.
Red was an amazing guide, super friendly and personable with a great sense of humour. He educated us about the scenery while we were on our way to our destinations. Everything was about this package was perfect for a quick half day trip! Thanks again Red!
Excellent service. Pick up was prompt and efficient. Shuttle bus was well presented and tidy. Using this service instead of driving ourselves, meant we had better access and could maximise the time we spent at both lakes, instead of walking from distant parking lots. Our driver, Red, was superb. Informative, helpful and amusing. We would highly recommend this tour.
Prompt pick up and good communication. Timing of arrival at both Lake Louise and Moraine Lake were excellent and the guide, Red, was very informative.

This is an excellent choice if you want early access to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise. Our guide, Ralph, was outstanding—friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable.
Comfortable seats and air conditioning. Beautiful scenery but somewhat challenging to take pictures thru the windows that were smudgy. 1.5 hours to walk around at each site, good directions of the site from driver Ron. Ron was very cheerful and helpful.
Good shuttle van, clean and well maintained. Mae, our driver, was super friendly and knowledgeable! We appreciate the tips around the best spots for photoshoots! She was also a careful driver, making us feel safe.
Had a great trip today to lake louise then lake moraine. Gilbert our driver was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend visiting these lakes. Very beautiful and despite the crowds and the drizzly rain we enjoyed it. Would recommend.
