Nicola did a great job! Very friendly and informative. He even took the time to answer my questions after the tour was over.
Spent a full day island-hopping through the Venetian lagoon, and each stop had its own distinct personality. **Murano** kicked things off with a glass-blowing demonstration that was honestly mesmerizing — watching molten glass get shaped in real time, and seeing centuries of craftsmanship condensed into a 20-minute show. Even browsing the shops afterward felt different knowing what goes into each piece. **Burano** was the visual highlight of the day. The rainbow-colored houses lining the canals are somehow even more vivid in person than in photos — every corner is a new composition. It's small enough to wander without a real plan, and that's part of the charm. **Torcello** was the quiet contrast to the other two — fewer crowds, more history. Once a thriving settlement that predates Venice itself, it now feels almost abandoned, but the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta makes the stop worth it on its own. If you're short on time in Venice, this trio makes for a great half-day or full-day escape from the main island — glass, color, and history, all within a short boat ride of each other. Cost was about 30€. Not bad for a half day adventure! Guide was great too. Did the English tour. 4 languages were offered.
The guide was very good and instructions were all clear, but we felt there was too little time in Burano especially because it is lunchtime when you arrive and you want time to eat something. However, after the two shop visits there is not enough time to admire the island and also sit down and order some food.
The headset wasnt very clear so i didnt understand much what was said during the boat rides. We were also in a boat with other groups so it was quite crowded. When we reached the islands the experience was much better. I got some souvenirs that i enjoyed. But i feel like the guides didnt bring much value to me
Murano and Burano were interesting locales, especially Burano.
We had a great time and recommend this tour. Irene was our English speaking guide and she answered all our questions and presented the material with humour :).

Very good tour. Lots of relevant historical and current information given by the guide. Would highly recommend
This was a wonderful and relaxing experience. We enjoyed our guide and the information on Murano and Burano. I would skip the lace demonstration if we did again due to the lack of space. We found a place to have seafood out of the center in Burano and enjoyed the the breeze!
Dear Guest, We appreciate your feedback. Thank you and we hope to see you in Venice again. Regards, Customer Care Team
