A very interesting guided walk through Bariloche and its history. Especially as a guide knows a lot, transmits it very well and the tour is full of curious information about the city. Highly recommended.
I didn't like it, I didn't get anything. A cold afternoon, an endless monologue of old stories, which I can't be sure if they were true. It is more useful information for the newcomer where the main attractions are.
I made contact with the agency "Grupo Vision" to participate with my wife of the free walking tour of "Bariloche" with the Silvina Guide. We had a very good tour and learned a lot about the city and its history. It was nice, pleasant and fun. But there are some negative points to highlight. At the beginning the guide spoke of about 10000 pesos which was what she hoped to get at the end of the two-hour tour, when clearly this tour is supposed to be a FREE WALKING TOUR. It is known that this modality in many cities around the world does not present a cost. They are free (and each person can give the guide at the end of the ride, if they choose, the amount they want). He even thought very badly about a well-known, beautiful and nearby tourist destination in Bariloche hours. Wanting to extol the superiority of it. At the end of the tour my wife went to give money with very good intention to the guide, and she rejected it outright, in sound of mockery and ridicule, alluding that she expected a more worthy amount, and to keep it in her office. This in front of other people. Each person has an economic reality, and gives according to his possibilities, whether local or from another country. It is not good that tourism professionals speak and act with such disrespect. I managed to read the many positive reviews also of this same tour, by the company "Civitatis" in Bariloche. I even read the negative opinions of Argentines and Foreigners, who were not far behind. It is no coincidence that most of us agree with our experience, especially at the end of the tour, since others went through the same thing. Both agencies promoting this Tour know about this situation, but they are not interested in attending to this issue and improving it, achieving better quality. Hopefully all this told here from this experience is useful to know the good and the bad.
We did the free tour with the guide Silvina at 4 pm yesterday. Excellent guide and excellent tour and information, we were very entertained listening to the guide, we have not taken photos, she took one at the end, I wish you would upload it to share. Thank you.
The place is extraordinary!!! Very beautiful! Nature passed by is left a real painting on the spot! Beautiful photos!
Gracias!
We took the free tour with this company yyyy did not love it. I’ve taken a lot of free tours around the world (in fact it’s one of the first things I do arriving at a place to get to know a little more and orient myself about what I really want to see) and they are usually tours that show you the history and most emblematic places of a city. This one was different. To begin with the Guide lacked a little dynamism and charisma in its explanations. He took us through residential streets almost the entire tour, telling us more about the type of people who lived in each house, focusing a lot on architecture and how it has changed over the years and not so much on the rich and important history of Bariloche. In addition, they accepted into the group a young child who 1. kept interrupting, moving and distracting us and 2. That he had a tremendous grip that he cleaned with his hand and lived it spitting in the street so it was quite uncomfortable and unpleasant. They should, even if it is a free tour, reserve the right of admission, especially when there are health issues involved or have a minimum age to participate in the tour. Overall in the end I felt that we had wasted a little time and withdrew extremely disgusted by the child this.
Gracias por su opinion, tomaremos en cuenta su punto de vista
It was approximately two and a half hours of hearing the guide Maximus, with a maximum of that time. Excellent explanations about the architecture and design of buildings, both old and modern. Information about historical dates and relevant people from the city's past. Data on the Km of the Nahuel Huapi perilago. Depth and extent. Everything important about National Parks. Teaching about the Civic Center. Really: you have to do this different way of touring. Thank you.
What a nice walk!!! I have known Bariloche for many years and visit him on several occasions and in different seasons, this tour is Wonderful!!! he taught me many things that no one had ever shown me, the guide was incredible, very professional !! (you see few with that training) and the attention of the agency very appropriate Keep it up!!! Congratulations! Esteban Rivarola
