¿Por qué hacer un tour de vinos con una minivan repleta de extraños cuando puedes hacer un tour privado con solo tu acompañante y algunos amigos durante el viaje? (máximo 6 personas) Te recogeré en cualquier lugar de la región del Niágara en un automóvil privado. Podrás elegir 4 lugares de mi selecto grupo de bodegas boutique y cervecerías. Mis ubicaciones son lugares familiares más pequeños que no venden a través de la LCBO y brindan una experiencia de degustación superior. Soy más que un simple servicio de transporte que lo lleva de un lugar a otro con poca información o contexto sobre sus experiencias. Con un grupo pequeño, puedo interactuar más fácilmente con mis invitados mientras recorremos la región vinícola. No solo vino, agrego algo de turismo, antecedentes de la región vinícola y un poco de historia de Niágara. Incluso me detendré en puestos de frutas y en un vendedor de mermeladas en el camino. Very knowledgeable and passionate about the history of the area. Downside is he gets annoyed if you want to talk with your partner and have a discussion which breaks his script. Don’t ask him to adjust his schedule. He lectured us for taking too long at one winery. We cut it short as we no longer felt comfortable with him. A better approach would have been, we have to adjust we have time for this or this now. We paid for a private tour which can go on our schedule, but turns out it had to go on his schedule or else.
Paul was fantastic. We let him pick the four wineries. It was a great variety of style and atmosphere, really showcasing the unique angle of the Niagara wine region. I would highly recommend this over a group tour, as you get to move around with more flexibility and not tightly scheduled. In addition Paul has a great relationship with the wineries and some extra special treats are treats are provided. Thanks again Paul.
Paul was extremely knowledgeable and a great guide. His personal attention was a nice change from other tours and he customized the day perfectly for us.
A total wine experience! We were so lucky to have Paul as our guide to Niagara wine country! He was very knowledgeable, informative and engaging in all aspects of our day. From the local history of Niagara on the Lake and the Niagara region to the history, and lineage of all of the many wineries and winemakers, he enriched our brains as well as our palates including a private little lesson about what makes a “good wine”. It’s all about the taste! :). We had guests from BC along with us who have travelled extensively to many world class wineries but had never experienced the wonderful wines of Niagara. I had asked Paul to lead us with his expertise to “impress the heck out of our guests” and he delivered! We also had my 83 year old mother with limited mobility along with us and he was very wonderfully patience and accommodating including retracing our steps to find my mother’s lost phone. Thank you Paul!!! We couldn’t have asked for a better day! Cindy
Canned presentation Car had dog odor and dog hair We were told that part of our charges for your covered tastings, then he told us at end we owed him another $60.
The extra charge was not for tastings. it was for the large charcuterie platter which was explained to you as an extra that you ordered.
Very enjoyable and knowledgeable guide, Paul Redverse. He chose excellent wineries and shared his knowledge of the history of the wine region.

Paul provided a history of the Niagara region in addition to background on each of the vineyards he took us to.
My wife and I enjoyed the wine tasting tour. Even though I became sick halfway though the tour and had to cancel the remainder of the tour. Our guide Paul was understanding and accommodating for the tour.
