When prompted to download, I was directed to another site. It required another payment which I paid. The downloaded file periodically cut off on its own and when I paused the audio, it would automatically return to the beginning. I gave up. This was a waste of money. Note - this is the only negative experience I've had, all other Viator experiences have been outstanding.

Good information in the sections but at several stops, the audio would just stop at the same place and it was not our service as we had a good reception. This happened over and over again and it would have to get completely restart the app and our section then find our place where we left off. The point of the app is to do it at your own pace not have to stop and do the audio over and over again! it was just too frustrating and we never finished. It makes me hesitant to purchase any of the other tours.

We had issues with download but might just be us. We only had iPhones. It took sometime to download audio tour and map. We had good WIFI at our hotel where we downloaded. We had to keep an eye on the download, it paused, we could tap and would continue on. The audio part of tour was excellent, broken up into individual audio pieces for each stop. Another issue map would disappear so would have to open again thru download but we only have 2G data once we left our hotel. Tour was informative and interesting. Since broken up into pieces, we could stop have a lunch and visit museums, just continue on with tour when ready. Even with glitches we would do again.

Extremely UNSERIOUS! No hint - and if I did, it was so hidden that I couldn't find it - that the audio guide is only available in English! During a guided tour of the city in German Land by means of an audio guide, which is advertised and described in German, one should be able to expect that this tour will also take place in German.
The old town was beautiful. Only it did not appear from the description that the city tour is in English. So I could only use the places as inspiration.
