Ali and Annie were awesome and the views are amazing! They do all of the paddling for you and there are several times you can get out of the raft and float down the Colorado River.

Great rafting float trip w/ Navtec in Moab! The entire team was super friendly & helpful, from our check-in, shuttle drive to the river & especially our amazing lead guide Amy! She rowed against some afternoon winds, always keeping her composure. Safe, fun & a beautiful, relaxing 1/2 day excursion. Not many rapids due to low snowmelt, so we enjoyed the gorgeous scenery. Highly recommend Navtec! Def cool off in the water before & during this activity on our hot summer days.

Great experience! Marsha is a knowledgeable and friendly guide, and we had a great interactions with the other Navtec staff we met. Rapids were relatively mild due to the low level of the Colorado this season (Class II and below), but we enjoyed the relaxing float and opportunities to swim.
Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to write us such a great review. We are so glad to hear that you had a great time out on the river with our staff. Let us know if you are ever in the area again and want to go on another adventure with us! Best, Sierra
When they say no sandals they don’t mean NO CHACOS! Very upsetting. No mention about what was meant by “ swimming “ I would have done the same” swimming “ except for the fact that my Chaco sandals were in my car! I had taken them off once I read the placard they told us to read. The swim, is actually a difficult “ float” down river using the current to propel you. The life jacket is used as a safety flotation device. I would estimate the “ swim “ was about 1000 yards. Then you either pull yourself onto the floating raft or if you aren’t strong enough someone can pull you out of the water. All of which should have been disclosed.
Hi Brad, We are sorry to hear that there was a miscommunication regarding footwear, and that it caused you discomfort on the trip. We will review our signage to make sure that our placard states that sandals with straps on the heel are fine for the trip. Our staff is trained to let people know what kind of footwear is appropriate and we are sorry that this somehow slipped through the cracks. We continually strive to make sure that our guests leave tours satisfied, and we take feedback like yours seriously. We would love to talk with you directly if you have more feedback for us. Best, Sierra
