This tour was awesome! Corey our tour guide was very knowledgeable about Death Valley and Las Vegas! The tour hit the highlights and provided snacks and beverages. Our tour guide even served as photographer so we could capture the awesome landscape. I would highly recommend this tour and Corey as your tour guide!
Corey was friendly, very knowledgeable and an excellent driver. She was a wonderful guide on the death valley tour!
Had a wonderful time and visited all the major scenic highlights of Death Valley. Our experience was greatly enhanced by our guide Bull who provided snacks and water throughout the trip, took photos and provided a lot of interesting information. In addition to being a great guide, he was an excellent driver. I would highly recommend this trip as a taster to Death Valley which could be done again at a more leisurely pace over a few days, if you wish.
Brian was incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of the park and especially about many unique and unusual aspects about the history of the park and the whole area. He was cheerful, accommodating, but very professional. Would highly recommend both Brian and this tour very much. Death Valley is a must see park if you are in the area.
Fabulous! Eleven hour tour with multiple stops that showcased the park’s variety & beauty. The diverse rock formations and salt flats were fascinating. Corey was an excellent tour guide - informative, interesting, responsive to questions, outstanding at providing itinerary updates, safe driver, and a wonderful photographer.
Brian provided an incredible, personable Death Valley National Park tour! Hotel pickup was timely and quick. He ensured a relaxed pace at each stop and provided insightful history. We were also well-supplied with plenty of water and snacks throughout the long day. This consistently excellent third time experience highlights top-tier service! Maddy
We booked our Death Valley tour with Max Tours, the website was easy to use and we ended up booking 3 tours in total. The communication was excellent and picking up from any hotel in Vegas was a bonus. Our tour guide Corey, was beyond brilliant, knowledegable, fun, experienced, helpful & attentive - she had it all. Plenty of water and snacks supplied for the journey and an air conditioned van. Small group of 12 (including Corey). The schedule and planned stops were breath taking and I feel we had plenty of time at each location for photos, exploring and taking in the views. We paid for the extra star gazing tour and it was fantastic to end a great day under the night sky and even seeing shooting Stars! Totally recommend! Mr & Mrs Toms from Hertfordshire, England.
Excellent tour! Highly recommend it!! Our guide Brian was amazing!! Way better than driving by yourself.
Best wake experience ever I had with my friends.
Was a great day out to Death Valley with Carl but be prepared for a 12 hour day. My itinerary said light breakfast and there were plenty of snacks and cold drinks but stopped at a service station for Coffee. Plenty of toilet stops. I'd say the scenery was better than the Grand Canyon. I've only given 3 points because of the awful pickup and drop off situation. I was staying in the south of the strip and the day before they decided they weren't picking up at my hotel. I had to make my way at 0615 in the dark to the MGM Grand meeting point which was up a back street outside a multi storey car park! They did give me a list of other hotels in the same area and on hindsight I should have chosen one of those so I could wait in the lobby. I was very lucky as there was someone else there who could use their phone as the pickup was 25 mins late. It was very stressful and scary. All the couples seemed to get picked up at their hotels! Not good planning at all. I'd recommend but make sure if you are on your own you choose a lobby pickups.
