Nice walk, but the time is short.

I took the tour by Inver. Great tour operator. Punctual, comfortable bus and the guide Marcela was excellent in the explanations. The problem is, it was too run. We made a stop in Piriapolis and in Casapueblo. The bus parked in Punta del Este at 11:30, with return scheduled for 14:15. We had lunch, we went to see the beach, the sculpture of the fingers, take a stroll around the local shops and have an ice cream at Freddo, then it was time to go back. We couldn't get to know the harbor. The ideal is to stay there for about 2 days, as the city is really very beautiful, organized and clean.

The Guide Marcella Incredible

I loved the citytour punta del este, we loved the experience, the guide marcela wonderful, since the departure from Montevideo she spoke very interesting things, she could simply talk so de punta but not all that we saw on the way back and forth , explained everything, gave tips of good places to go in Montevideo, I loved. She spoke portunhol, Spanish and English. All nationalities included. It was an amazing day. I loved the company, punctual, organized, and the van and the new, comfortable buses. Congratulations to the company. If we had more time we would take the colony tour of Sacramento, but it's definitely next.

Disappointment on the trip to Punta del Este

I took the tour to Punta del Este with Inver, but the experience was not good. The guide did not pass the information correctly and was always very in a hurry at the stops. We were unable to visit Casa Pueblo, as he informed that we would only see outside and mentioned that there was a museum on site, but did not clearly explain that it was necessary to buy a ticket to enter. When we found out he needed a ticket, the queue was already huge and there was not enough time to make the visit. Unfortunately, we did not know the place, which generated a lot of frustration.

Best alternative to car rental

Best way to get from Montevideo to Punta del Estes if you don't have a car rental. The two stops along the way were very nice. They picked me up at my hotel in Montevideo and drop me off at my hotel in Punta del Estes.

The guide speaks too much, being...

The guide talks too much, being still poorly educated about what approaches people, the guide talked the whole tour , totally unnecessary.

Very good

Very good tour, but unfortunately it is well run, did not give time to take advantage of Casapueblo and everything she offered. The guide was very good, spoke Spanish, Portuguese and English very well

Negative experience

Bad experience. The stop in Punta del Leste is far from the interesting points forcing long walks which leaves no time for lunch. I bought the tour with a guide in Portuguese. The guide Marcela is very sharp and antipathetic. He speaks a terrible Portuguese, horrible diction and speaks very fast that makes it difficult to understand. The whole group complained and was dissatisfied. I do not recommend. The tour to Cologne with the same guide was also awful

Saludos
