Esto no es solo una degustación, es un pase entre bastidores al alma de la viticultura cefalónica. Mientras que muchos disfrutan del vino de la isla, pocos entienden el viaje que lleva desde las escarpadas laderas de la Zona Robola hasta nuestra bodega. Lo que hace que esta experiencia sea verdaderamente única es la amplitud del descubrimiento. Usted irá detrás de escena de nuestra producción para ver nuestro oficio de primera mano antes de sentarse a una clase magistral de 7 etiquetas distintas. Esto incluye nuestras botellas «insider» más raras: las Old Vines Robola, nuestros Vostilidi envejecidos en roble de pequeño lote y nuestro vino Naranja en contacto con la piel, variedades y estilos que simplemente no encontrará en una tienda de vinos típica. Creemos que el vino es una conversación, por lo que combinamos estos raros vertidos con quesos locales, nuestro aceite de oliva virgen extra cultivado en la finca y pan recién horneado. Es la inmersión más completa, educativa y deliciosa en los sabores de la cefalonia disponible hoy en día.

This is a really great place to visit. George was very informative and knowledgeable. The bread and olive oil was delicious and the local cheeses were superb. We tasted all seven wines that Sarris produced and all were very tasty. All in all a great way to spend a couple of hours. We did the more well known Barola winery some years ago and the Sarris was better than that one.
Sarris is a stunning winery, in a beautiful location. George, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the process and the wines. We had a tour round the vines and the bottling process. Then the tasting was wonderful, we enjoyed every wine, paired with delicious local cheeses, bread and the olive oil made by Sarris. Throughly recommend.
Had a fascinating afternoon and learned a lot about wine and wine making. The host, George, was very knowledgeable and kept my interest throughout.
Absolutely perfect! We arrived at 11am and were greeted by George who immediately sat us at a beautiful table in the shade with a stunning view. After some refreshing glasses of water we were taken on a fascinating tour of the winery (George is one of the winemakers so was very knowledgeable) and met all 3 resident cats which the family rescued as strays and gave them a home and love. We then sat back down to taste 6 different wines (they were all fabulous but we settled on 3 to bring home) with accompanying cheese, bread, olive oil etc - just perfect. Before we knew it it was 1pm!

Location wonderful with nearby sea views. Wines extremely good & represents the region well. Snacks great. George was fantastic! Great knowledge of Sarris and Global wines. A great experience!

Brief (about 2-hours) but excellent experience. Our Guide, George, provided a great history of the winery, a brief tour of the facility, a primer on the wine making process to include Greek traditions and laws pertaining to making Greek wines. We tasted whites, a rose, and a red wine all from the Sarris’s Kefalonian vineyards.
