Cata Pompeya Tour se realiza diariamente de 11:30 am a 4 :00 pm y es un viaje sensorial al mundo del Bosco de Médici. Es más que una cata de vinos : es un camino a través de la historia, descubriendo la finca, su producción única, y su profunda conexión con la tierra de Pompeya. Esta experiencia permite a los huéspedes explorar las raíces de las antiguas tradiciones vitivinícolas, incluido nuestro renacimiento de la producción de vino de ánfora romana, tal como se hizo hace 2.000 años. El tour incluye: Visita a la masía del siglo XVIII Paseo por el viñedo experimental Parada en la Necrópolis del 79 d.C. Exploración de la sala de vinificación Visita a la sala de refinación con barriles de madera y ánforas Una cata guiada de vinos maridada con un almuerzo típico napolitano.

El tour es un viaje sensorial a través de la finca Bosco de Médici, donde se encuentran historia, tradición y vino. Más que una simple degustación, se trata de una auténtica inmersión en la cultura de Pompeya : los huéspedes visitarán la masía del siglo XVIII, pasearán por el viñedo experimental, explorarán la Necrópolis del 79 d.C., y descubrirán las salas de elaboración y refinado de vino con barricas y ánforas, donde todavía producimos vinos utilizando técnicas romanas antiguas. La experiencia incluye un almuerzo típico napolitano, una celebración de los auténticos sabores de la región maridados con nuestros vinos. Amazing experience- tons of great food and amazing wine that we were able to ship back to the USA. The golf cart tour in the beginning was great- it was super hot so we appreciated not having to walk. All the waiters were also excellent and so nice!!

We took our two families with 4 teenage kids to the vineyard lunch with wine pairings. Alessandro the sommelier was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and the process to take wine and ship wine to the US was seamless. A beautiful courtyard covered in grape vines, the ambiance, wine, food and terrific service will be a core memory for many years for our families.
