Los Museos Vaticanos y la Capilla Sixtina, uno de los museos más bellos del mundo, te esperan. También se considera uno de los lugares más importantes de la historia de la civilización humana. Este tour parte del puerto de Civitavecchia y está hecho a medida para disfrutar de un sinfín de obras maestras como la “Pietà” de Miguel Ángel , hermosas obras de Bernini, Rafael, Botticelli y otros tesoros. Conoce a tu guía y llegarás a la entrada del museo, donde, sin hacer colas, entrarás a los museos a través de una terraza panorámica. ¡Entrarás en la Capilla Sixtina cuyo impacto en historia, religión y artes visuales no tiene igual en el mundo! Todo ello en un grupo íntimo de máximo 10 personas ya que no queremos que nuestros clientes se sientan incómodos en grandes grupos. Por fin, llegarás a la iglesia católica más grande del mundo: Basílica de San Pedro. Al final tienes poco tiempo para alojarte en la Piazza San Pietro y volver a Civitavecchia

it was a little disorganized and too many hand offs We had 4 guides and the guy from Bangladesh walked too fast for the group of 60year old plus and had the wrong names on the list and we almost didn’t get into the museum and the entire area was just too crowded but the end result for us were good the Skip the Line pass was worth it

I am giving this trip zero stars. The ticket issued without any direction to the meeting point. It wasn’t until after I placed a phone call to the tour guide that I found out we had to take a shuttle bus for 1/2 hour to meet them. So we took the shuttle bus to meet them and without so much as a phone call, the tour departed without us. Now Viator is treating us as a no show and will not refund the $500 spent on the tour. Viator you need to get your act together and hire reputable tour companies and stand behind your clients. Terrible customer service and communication. We will be cancelling all of our booked tours with you.
Professional service provided by Nikki to and from Rome. Alesia was the best tour guide very knowledgeable offered great information about the points of interest in the Vatican Sistine chapel and St Peter’s Basilica.
Our private driver, Mirko, was wonderful! He got us to Rome / the Vatican City early, and our party of 7 had time to enjoy some coffee and croissants before the Vatican museum tour. After the tour, we were able to stop by the colosseum for photos. We were able to stop by for a quick bite on the way back to the cruise ship on-time!
Tour company told us the day before the excursion they were unable to get tickets to the Vatican. Then Viator sent confirmation email and ticket barcode for excursion. Called And texted tour company to verify trip with no answer. Finally 45 mins before trip was to begin, the tour company responded and told us they have cancels and will refund us…45 mins before we were supposed to meet. We were only in port for the day and had to scramble to figure what to do with our day
Michangelo's exhibit of David and his other sculptures was very impressive. Although very crowded we loved the Sistine Chapel and going to the Bassicillca and seeing the statues surrounding St Peter's Square.
Sistine chapel and Michelangelo's David and so on are unique in the world and it is normal is crowd of people! please let us know if somethings went wrong with our services thank you
