Very fun activity! We found it very easy to find our meeting spot from the cruise port and the trip was very organized. I highly recommend booking!
A spectacular excursion. Special mention to our driver Luis, photographer Darlin, and guide Félix. Super pleasant and fun, we talked a lot with them and they are very approachable and reliable people. The place is amazing, they treated us great.
This was an amazing experience for our family! Not gonna lie, the hike was tough for us, mainly because it was hotter than our family is used to and the humidity was thick. Luckily they had several built in break spots, which was a huge help. Once we finally hit the water though, it felt so good and was worth it. The rock slides and jumps were exhilarating, and the guides were helpful and encouraging. We also splurged on getting the photographer to follow us to capture photos and videos, which I'm glad I did. It was around $50 and we got a thumb drive with lots of images and videos! The only odd snag we hit was there was a spot where you could jump or slide. The guides at the top said if you wanted, you could slide or jump, then climb up a ladder, and then do the other option. My kids jumped into the water, then went to the ladder and the guide at the bottom told them they weren't allowed to go back up. They were really disappointed because they wanted to do both. A couple other people complained about being told the same thing. It wasn't a day ruiner, by any means, but I know my kids were bummed about that. Our guide who picked us up outside the Amber Cove cruise point, Angel, was awesome and told us so much about the Dominican Republic history. Overall, highly recommend!
Great tour guides, super friendly, really nice experience.
Can’t say enough good things about this excursion! We had so much fun! Mara, Manuel and Chocolate were great! We got to do so many high adventure things and had a free Dominican lunch. Highly recommend!
Awesome friendly guides. Funny, safe and easy to talk to. Beautiful waterfalls and delicious food.
Had an excellent time with Mara, Manuel and Chocolate (el pulpo). Pickup was easy and right as described. Walked right to the spot per the instructions and they were waiting for us. The waterfalls were really fun, water was super nice. Hike was not too bad, warm and uphill to start so the water felt great. Slides were fun, kids jumped and had a good time but too tall for me. Lunch afterwards was really good, water and Coke Zero provided. Guides were knowledgeable and polite, spoke good English so very easy to understand. Overall, would do this activity with this company again and highly recommended.
If you’re going to Puerto Plata this is a must! Our tour guide Toni was also our paparazzi taking tons of photos and videos (for sale) and making this such a fun experience! The water felt amazing, you have the option to jump or slide down a natural rock, and hike thru the jungle. Wouldn’t recommend for very young kids, anyone who can’t swim or course or anyone with significant orthopedic issues (you have to climb down a ladder) and hike up and down stairs and walk on rocky ground. Loved it! Highly considered doing it twice!!!
Our guides were AMAZING! And pay the extra $$ for the photos! You won't be disappointed! We had Freddy and Jackson and they made the experience sooo much fun!!!
We had a great time! And the staff was amazing!
