Esta caminata de 7 a 10 kilómetros ofrece una mezcla única de aventura, paisajes impresionantes e inmersión cultural. A partir de Auberge Kasbah Ait Merghad, su guía le dará la bienvenida con una sesión informativa de senderismo y una botella de agua. El viaje comienza con un descenso al río Dades, donde aprenderá sobre la agricultura tradicional, los sistemas de riego y las plantas locales. Un paseo de 30 minutos a través del exuberante Valle de las Rosas y las higueras conduce al impresionante Cañón Dades, donde pasará 1,5 horas de barranquismo en medio de imponentes acantilados de arenisca y formaciones rocosas únicas. Tómese un momento para relajarse y disfrutar de café, nueces y dátiles en la tranquilidad del cañón antes de ascender a su cumbre para disfrutar de vistas panorámicas de 360 grados del valle de Dades y los pueblos bereberes circundantes. Concluya su caminata con un recorrido cultural de kasbahs históricas y graneros antiguos, descubriendo la rica herencia amazigh. I had a great time with Abdou. (00212604265187) We did a short loop at the beginning of the canyon and in the gardens near Tammelalt. We had very good conversations and he taught me a lot about the environment and local life. He lives in the village next to the canyon entrance and knows everything here. He can suggest different walks and adapts very easily.
Mohammed guided us through the secret paths in the gorge. A bit of climbing and wading through water made it a fantastic adventure. At the top, Moroccan whiskey awaited us in a hidden nomad cave. Six hours of intense nature experience.

Amazing experience! Our guide helped us finding food as it was Eid and all the shops and restaurants were closed. He took us to a cultural house where we enjoyed a delicious soup a tagine and some fruits. He is so knowledgeable about the area.and told us about the different trekking one can do in that area. He also helped me through the most tricky bits of the gorge as it rained and some parts where inaccessibile. Such a knowledgeable and passionate guide to spend time with....and the landscape itself is out of this world! Super recommended.
If clamoring up the side of a gorge sounds like fun I'd highly recommend this hike. It was fun going in and out of the gorge where there was sometimes a stream below. If the idea of falling scares you I would t recommend going all the way through. Not a good hike for families with small children or anyone with a kiddo on their back. There are small crevices and walking on the edge of the canyon. That said we are 60 so if we can do it mose active people can too! Monkey fingers was a fun hike! We also visited a Nomad Cabe and met the 18 or maybe 19 year old son of the family. (He's not certain of his age). Had tea with him.

We organized the hike through Anir and our guide Nordine was already waiting for us at the agreed upon time and location. Parking the car was not a problem. The hike itself was amazing and took around 3 hours. Our guide did explain to us a lot about the location and the local culture which was very interesting. Would choose this guided hike again anytime.

We left from the agreed place and every 100 meters we got further the tour became more beautiful. Really cool how Abdou showed us this beautiful piece of Morocco. Brahim was a perfect Guide, he told us a lot about the Berber culture and the Landscape on the hike we're beautiful.
We had an amazing morning trek with our guide Lachen. He impressed us with his local knowledge and helped us learn about the landscape.
