My family and I loved every aspect of our tour with Bergen. The knowledge and expertise he brings to the experience are truly unmatched. He took the time to thoroughly explain the history and significance of each location we visited, as well as the traditional Korean foods we enjoyed along the way. Thanks to Bergen, we left with a much deeper understanding of Seoul and Korean culture. If you’re considering booking a tour, don’t hesitate—Bergen is a true professional who is passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated to providing an exceptional experience.

I quick booking .Bergen was very knowledgeable in both Korean history and culture. Also in local hidden gems and food markets. A very fullfilled day with sightseeing and food.... Pick up and drove back to the door of the hotel. Everything 5 out of 5. Thanks for a memorable day.
Thank you very much for your kind review of our Seoul city tour. It was truly my pleasure to hear that you enjoyed the tour so much. If you had the chance to visit the restaurant I recommended which provide 25 side dishes, I hope you fully enjoyed the variety of Korean food there as well. I hope we can meet again someday in the future. Thank you once again!
Bergen was the perfect guide. He was very informative during the tour and let you explore at your own place. The tour focuses on Seoul north of the Han river and all locations that were visited are all worth the trip. We had a great day weather wise which added to enjoyment. It is a full day and you are doing a lot of walking so plan accordingly. The motor coach was very comfortable and it is nice not having to worry about dealing with the Seoul traffic. I would recommend Bergen's tour very highly

Bergen was AMAZING! He took us to great locations in and around Seoul, took great photos of us and just enriched the experience with details and history about South Korean Culture. The highlight of this tour was how empathetic Bergen was. I lost my passport (before this tour date), casually shared the story with Bergen, and he was so kind and nice enough to take us the police station to translate for our police report that was required by the embassy. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants a private, fun and warm experience!
I was happy to enjoy the Seoul tour with you and your mom, and I’m glad you were able to return home safely even after losing your passport. I hope you visit Korea with your mom someday later again. Thanks, Bergen Park
It was truly an honor having Bergen as our tour guide for Seoul and Nami Island! He was incredibly versatile—providing insightful historical and cultural context when needed, and sprinkling in fun anecdotes that made the experience even more enjoyable. Each meal he introduced us to was a culinary highlight—whether it was the comforting Samgye-tang, the famous dumplings from the knife-cut noodle lady featured on Netflix, or the delicious BBQ chicken we grilled ourselves, every bite felt authentic and full of flavor. Bergen also took us to beautiful, lesser-known spots we never would’ve discovered on our own, like charming historical homes, the stunning Garden of Morning Calm, and even a unique Starbucks in Korea that doesn’t display the usual logo outside. But beyond the itinerary, what truly made the experience special was Bergen himself. He’s patient, down-to-earth, and genuinely good-humored—qualities that made our first visit to Korea feel warm and welcoming. Highly recommend him to anyone visiting Korea!
It was a pleasure to hear that your family enjoyed our Seoul city tour and Nami/railbike tour. It was also my pleasure that I could have a wonderful time with your family of four. I hope to see you someday later again. Thanks. Bergen Park
Bergen was an excellent tour guide, making concessions for my bad knee, but also adding in stops he thought we would like. We so enjoyed the day! He was early to meet us and we called it quits in the late afternoon, being exhausted from our overseas trip. It was a very comprehensive tour of Seoul, made personal by Bergen. Thank you!

This was worth it! Bergen is such a great guide who is very knowledgeable in all the sites we visited. He took good care of me and was able to take me to all the sites without issue. This is the perfect itinerary to see major highlights in Seoul. Bergen is a seasoned guide who explained the history and current information of each location. He also was mindful on what I was interested in. The food was also awesome. I got to each the popular ginseng chicken soup and walking through the markets and eating the popular bites was definitely a treat.
It is a pleasure to hear you enjoyed all places and foods we visited. I hope to see you someday later again, and to visit more attractions like Andong, Gyeongju, Busan and Jeju with you. Thanks. Bergen Park
