La excursión por la isla es la mejor opción para pasar un día en Mallorca: suba al tren de Sóller, navegue por la costa, visite La Calobra y disfrute de un paseo en tranvía mientras admira los hermosos paisajes de Mallorca. Si viene desde el norte, uno de los puntos culminantes de la excursión es la parada en el emblemático Nudo de la Corbata de La Calobra, donde podrá tomar fotos y disfrutar de una bebida en un entorno pintoresco desde lo alto. Si viene desde el sur, disfrutaremos de 40 minutos en Lluc. En ambos casos, exploraremos la playa de La Calobra y sus aguas cristalinas. La siguiente parada en barco será el encantador pueblo costero de Port Sóller. Disfrute de un almuerzo tranquilo y luego suba al tranvía local para un pintoresco paseo hasta Sóller, donde su guía le mostrará los lugares más destacados del pueblo. Finalmente, relájese y disfrute del tren de madera de época mientras admira las impresionantes vistas de los exuberantes campos agrícolas del valle de Sóller de camino a Son Reus.

Cuando llegues a Mallorca, la más grande de las Islas Baleares, descubre la belleza de la isla mediante esta excursión guiada. Póngase cómodo a bordo de un autobús con aire acondicionado y disfrute de las magníficas vistas de la Serra de Tramuntana, la principal cadena montañosa de la isla, declarada patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO, mientras su guía le explica datos interesantes sobre la isla. Nos adentraremos en las increibles carreteras que recorren la Serra de Tramuntana, una belleza natural nutrida de cultura, tradiciones y una fuerte identidad, donde llegaron los primeros viajeros que disfrutaron de la isla en el siglo XIX. Sus extremos, La Trapa al suroeste y Formentor al noreste, están separados por unos 90 kilómetros, a lo largo de los cuales encontrarás playas de color azul turquesa, numerosos miradores y pueblos de piedra que merecen sin duda una larga visita.
Disfruta tranquilamente del viaje en autobus recorriendo el tramo de carreteras de montaña con las explicaciones de los guías sobre los diferentes puntos que encontraremos como el Monasterio de Lluc, el Puig Mayor, el torrente de Pareis. Durante esta parte del viaje recorremos una de las carreteras más espectaculares de Europa, la que conduce dirección a La Calobra. El camino a La Calobra fue construido en el año 1932, tiene un total de 13 kilómetros y a medida que avanzamos por él experimentarás una vista única del entorno.
Las impresionantes vistas de las formaciones rocosas de la costa oeste de Mallorca son valiosas de admirar mientras recorres el camino sinuoso hacia La Calobra. Aquí tendrá tiempo libre para explorar el entorno, tomar un refrigerio en uno de los pequeños bares de alrededor del puerto (por cuenta propia) o relajarse en la impresionante playa. Caminando por el espectacular túnel de montaña podrás llegar al precioso "Torrente de Pareis" que tiene desembocadura en la playa de La Calobra.
Hace miles de años que el "Torrent de Pareis" se formó en mitad de la Sierra de Tramuntana, es un cañón de más de 3 kilómetros de longitud que discurre hasta llegar a la famosa cala de Sa Calobra. Este desfiladero de rocas calizas, se fue forjando con el tiempo por la acción erosiva del agua torrencial. ¡Ahora se ha convertido en un verdadero punto de interés para actividades deportivas debido a sus formaciones y a sus vistas absolutamente impresionantes!
La siguiente parte del recorrido empieza a bordo de un moderno barco para un paseo de 40 minutos. Saldremos desde La Calobra recorriendo la costa de cerca, donde serás testigo de la increíble belleza de Mallorca desde otro punto de vista y superando tus expectativas. Observar desde el mar antiguas torres defensivas, calas, acantilados, cuevas marinas y pequeñas islas te encantará. ¡Estas son imágenes que guardarás contigo para siempre!
Nuestro destino: Puerto de Sóller, donde podrá disfrutar de un paseo antes de coger el tranvía de Sóller. El viaje dura aproximadamente 25 minutos y finaliza en la clásica estación de tren de Sóller, en el pueblo de Sóller. Durante este pequeño recorrido pasaremos por huertos llenos de limoneros y naranjos, el paisaje más famoso de Sóller y el tranvía nos llevará directamente a través del pueblo, recorriendo la plaza.
Una vez que lleguemos al bonito pueblo de Sóller en tranvía desde Puerto de Sóller, tendrá tiempo para una breve visita por su encantador centro histórico antes de abordar el famoso tren de madera de Sóller. Seguiremos el recorrido original que apenas ha cambiado en sus 100 años de funcionamiento.
Para muchos, lo más destacado de este tour por la isla de Mallorca es el viaje en tren. Esta experiencia será la que hará que te enamores completamente de la isla. Subirás a bordo del mundialmente famoso tren de madera de Sóller que fue construido en 1912. El tren cruza los campos de Sóller a través de varios túneles dándonos unas vistas privilegiadas de las afueras hasta llegar al pueblo de Bunyola y paramos para bajarnos en la estación de Son Reus. . Allí nos estará esperando nuestro conductor con el autobús para llevarnos de regreso al lugar donde iniciamos el recorrido.

This tour is basically just subjecting yourself to an exhausting "travel day", as you take various forms of transportation (bus, boat, tram, train) over the course of 8+ hours. Could easily just take a public bus directly from Palma to Soller to enjoy that town and skip the grind of being herded around all day only to spend 30 mins in Soller. Would recommend packing snacks as lunch spots on tour are tourist traps (over priced awful food). In summary, if you want to get some good photos without really experiencing anything, take this tour. If you feel there are some spots on tour that don't appeal and you want to skip all the modes of transport so you can spend more time in certain places, it's easier to bus yourself or rent a car and save yourself money as this tour is expensive.

It is a scenic journey combining coach, boat, tram and the historic wooden train, allowing guests to experience the Serra de Tramuntana from several unique perspectives in a single day. Suggesting that visitors simply take a public bus to Sóller completely misses the purpose of this excursion and means missing the boat trip, the historic tram, the 1912 train and some of Mallorca's most spectacular landscapes. As for the time spent in each location, the itinerary is clearly described before booking. This is a panoramic tour designed to showcase the island rather than spending an entire day in one place. Finally, there are several free-time stops throughout the day, including around 90 minutes in Sa Calobra, where guests can explore at their own pace, swim or enjoy lunch wherever they wish. No one is required to eat at any particular restaurant. This excursion has become one of Mallorca's most popular tours precisely because it allows visitors to experience the island's incredible variety in a single unforgettable day. We're sorry it wasn't the style of excursion you were looking for.
Very long drive to the monastery, and very windey road back down, so not good for people with motion sickness! The trip was lovely, but felt a bit rushed in each place to get the next transport. Take a big bottle of water and some snacks as you dont get much time to queue up to buy food. Our guide was very good and it was well organised, would definitely recommend it!

I was originally hesitant to book this because it seemed expensive. It was worth every dollar! I definitely would not have had the courage to drive those mountain roads myself, and our driver was excellent! Antonia helped us learn every step of the way and it was such a smooth experience. We enjoyed the boat, the tram, and the train as well!

The tour itinerary is very good. Enjoyed the drive and train ride. The tram ride was overcrowded and people had to stand for the entire time. The only negative was the multi language narration. By the time you heard the information in your language the point of interest had passed. It was very frustrating to listen to the narration in 4 languages.

Not a single hitch in the organization of this day, which begins as soon as you are picked up at your hotel. Although it is not a tour of the island but a transversal from south to north by bus at first through the winding mountain roads, magnificent, then a mini boat cruise to reach the port of Soller. We then took the vintage tram that took us to the Soller station to take the historic train, in order to reach Palma. We warmly thank Louis, the excellent bus driver, and our guide Vivianne, known as Vivi, for her entertainment and commentary in three successive languages. A beautiful day that we recommend to you.

Most of the excursion is sitting on a bus, boat or riding on the train. Very little time to wander and explore.
Thank you for your review. The Island Tour is designed to showcase as much of Mallorca as possible in a single day by combining several modes of transport: coach, boat, tram and the historic train. Travelling between the different locations is therefore an essential part of the experience, allowing guests to enjoy some of the island's most spectacular scenery without having to drive themselves. At the same time, there is also free time to explore: around 30 minutes at Lluc Monastery, approximately 90 minutes in Sa Calobra, 15 minutes in Port de Sóller and around 40 minutes in Sóller. During the train and boat journeys you're also free to move around, admire the views and, on the historic train, many guests enjoy standing on the open rear platform to fully experience the journey. An interesting tour that was well-organized throughout. Our guide Pepe had interesting information about the places visited and about Mallorca. Unfortunately, he had to repeat everything in 3 languages because the participants came from 3 countries, and that left less time for details or questions. Overall, we can recommend the tour.
