Le recogeremos en su hotel de Ciudad del Cabo temprano en la mañana y conduciremos a lo largo de la pintoresca costa de False Bay hasta Hermanus. El viaje en bote de observación de ballenas durará aproximadamente dos horas. Durante la temporada de julio a noviembre, los avistamientos de ballenas están garantizados.

I have had great experiences with Viator over the past but the tour operator who manages this excursion was the worst . The issue started when they canceled the whale watching because of the bad weather. We saw the note the morning of the whale watching and we were okay with that because weather is something you cannot control. The problem started when the driver showed up and still wanted to show us around. He said his manager would not pay our refund. When I asked to speak to the owner of the tour operation he called and put us on speaker phone. The owner did not know we were on speaker and said he did want to speak to us. When we told him we could hear him and we wanted a refund he said “you can’t imagine how much I could care less”. He was probably the rudest person I have ever spoke to in all my years of travel and Viator with their brand should not be associating with these type of companies. We recommend tours when people travel and this is one that I wound steer people away from.
Great trip. Our tour guide was prompt and courteous. The winery fantastic and chosen lunch just what was needed. The whale watching was tops. We enjoyed the entire day
