Hacer juntos la pasta típica de Apulia, mojar las manos en la harina, relajarse al aire libre os permitirá conoceros. Os desvelaré mucha información sobre mi tierra y sus antiguas tradiciones culinarias. Aprendí a hacer pasta con mi abuela y recuerdo con alegría los muchos almuerzos dominicales con toda la familia junta. Las orecchiette preparadas al amanecer eran inevitables. Intentaré devolverte la misma magia y estaremos inmersos en un antiguo campo de Apulia, que ahora es mi hogar. Después de hacer la pasta comeremos todos juntos directamente en la tierra, rodeados de naturaleza. Tengo dos perros, 5 gallinas, un gato, dos hijos y un esposo. Será un placer darle la bienvenida a nuestra pequeña granja. Disponemos de una variada y rica huerta, cuidada con cariño que estará a vuestra disposición para recolectar hortalizas y perfumes de la tierra.

DON’T do it! Don’t book this. I don’t like to hurt anyone’s business but after booking 1 month in advance and them charging me in full 2 days before the event, when my husband and I arrived in a tuk tuk, a man approached the tuk tuk and said no cooking class here. We said what? Then he left and a women appeared, I believe this was the tour operate Lucia, who said she was busy working with other people. She gave me some cash, but not all and I had to pay the tuk tuk drivers 25 euros to get out there. They ruined a day on our vacation that I had been planning fur the last 4 months. Not nice people.
Lucia was an awesome host! We had a fantastic family day sitting in her raw and beautifully simple backyard under the fig trees, picked mulberries from her tree, made simple yet beautiful pasta from scratch. Lucia was informative and knowledgeable. Although Viator site says this is a private tour/ experience with just your group, we had another couple join us which was a little unexpected but they were lovely. Maybe this should be taken off the ‘notes from operator ‘ part.
