Itinerario

Our visit to the Cradle of Humankind was an excellent experience, and our driver MK was a wonderful guide. This private tour was very personalized, with full attention given to our needs and questions throughout the day. Highlights included the Maropeng Visitor Centre and the Sterkfontein Caves. Although I was unable to enter the caves because of my disability and difficulty bending or stooping, MK went above and beyond to explain everything so thoroughly that I never felt I missed out. Highly recommended.
Thank you
I didn't know that. An insight into evolution with no baloney, just the science. So very glad my wife and I booked this adventure.
Thank you
Tour is an opportunity to learn about the evolution of humankind. The fossilized skeleton of Little Foot, especially the detail in one hand was interesting.
thank you
The caves are amazing. But be prepared for lots of stairs and very low passages. The driver is not ypur tour guide. Each site has their own tour tour guide and each was excellent.

In order to visit the Sterkfontein Caves you have to be able to crawl and/or squat walk. Wish we had known that before booking. But the exhibit there, especially the talk from the lab person about removing fossils from stone, was interesting. Maponeng was also very interesting, with quite a bit to see. We needed to travel from Johannesburg, and would highly recommend getting a tour rather than trying to navigate this yourself. Our guide, Daniel, from Virgio Tours was charming and informative, and a very safe driver as well.
Thank you
It is a half day, not a full day excursion. A private guide is not always available at the museum. However, the museum is interesting and well maintained.
Thank you
The Museum was great and very interactive for children. Well done! If the government and the University would get their act together and quit fighting over control rights of the caves and open them, I would have given it a 5 star
Thank you
Good illustrated experience of the origin of earth and mankind and the need to preserve our universe for future generations
Thank you.
Our tour guide Philip was knowledgeable and a great conversationalist. The Cradle of Humankind was informative but not overwhelming. The only disappointment was that the caves were not open for us to experience but that is not in the tour guide or operators control.
Thank u
Our Viator guide Phillip was wonderful, knowledgeable, and willing to share his perspective on many topics beyond our tour. The museum was fascinating and informative. The cave being closed is a disappointment, but beyond Victor's control.
Thanks for you response
