Nice trip, nice organization. Small boat so you could and could see all caves. Skipper very skilful, gave information and answered all questions.
Very nice trip, were a few waves but even my pregnant girlfriend didn't get sick from that.
We were put in a small boat with at least 12 people. Unfortunately two had to go back, no one responded so we went. I wish we hadn't done it because we sat behind the wheelman and didn't see anything. The mate didn't tell us anything either and only asked if we had any questions. I thought you'd better tell us about the caves. Two sentences and then it was over again. Not a fascinating storyteller. The water was also rough and it was cloudy. So we didn't even see the big cave like the blue cave, the sun has to shine in it to get the beautiful blue. It was nice to see but still disappointing, and we were back after 45 minutes. We had booked this to go to the blue caves alone because we had already seen the shipwreck from above.
Thank you for your feedback. We are honestly surprised by your comments. You mention that there were approximately 12 passengers on board. This is a very small number for this type of boat and fully consistent with normal operating conditions. The excursion is specifically designed to take small groups in order to access the caves safely and comfortably. Regarding your seat selection, no one forced you to sit at the back of the boat. You chose those seats voluntarily when other passengers did not wish to move. As for the weather conditions, neither we nor any operator in the world can control the sea, the clouds, or the position of the sun. The famous blue reflection inside the caves is a natural phenomenon that depends entirely on sunlight and sea conditions. You also state that the excursion lasted approximately 45 minutes. The duration of cave visits can vary depending on sea conditions and safety considerations determined by the captain. Safety must always come before expectations. Finally, you booked this excursion specifically to visit the Blue Caves, and that is exactly where the tour went. The fact that the natural colors were less intense due to cloudy weather is not a service failure. In summary, your disappointment appears to be based primarily on weather conditions and on seating choices that you made personally, rather than on any actual deficiency in the service provided.
We really enjoyed our boat tour to the Blue Caves of Zakynthos! The scenery was beautiful and swimming inside the cave was such a special experience. A big thank you to the Yotomu team for their helpful customer support before the tour, they made everything easy and stress-free. Definitely recommended!
Go ahead with your eyes closed. A select committee experience with a very pleasant guide, Kostas, was incredible throughout the activity. Blue Caves, Shipwrecked Bay and new swimming. The few people and proximity to the guide seduced us. It is recommended to do this activity in the afternoon. Where luminosite is optimal.
Exceptional, top service, highly recommended. Was a great tour to the blue caves. Unbelievable how our skipper dived into the caves ,
We just booked tge 1 hour trip Blue Caves trip, but arriving Theodosis offered us the 2,5 hour trip including Shipwreck because the boat was not full. No extra charges! It was great, so glad we did this. Great experience
Excellent experience!! All praise to the skipper Kostas, who did his job perfectly and made sure that our trip to Blue Caves was unforgettable. Unfortunately, we didn't get to see Shipwreck 'cause of the wind, but the agency gave us partly refund. Also would like to mention that communication went without any troubles and they patiently and kindly respond to every question we had. SO ALL THE RECOMMENDATIONS TO THIS AGENCY!!!
A spectacle of nature. The caves are impressive and with rocks with various shades of color ranging from white, green, red, blue and yellow. Some are very large and you enter inside with the speedboat... it's a wonderful experience worth doing. Even without tour operators if you arrive on the promontory with a simple ticket you do the tour.
Not a clear description of experience and your operator not helpful. Very far away and minimal time for anything
