Lugares y horarios de recogida
Nuestro guía turístico llamará a los clientes por teléfono / WhatsApp vietnamita antes de elegir la hora. Los clientes son recogidos en el hotel en el área de Dong Hoi alrededor de 07:35 - 08:00AM y alrededor de 8:35 - 9:00AM en la ciudad de Phong Nha. Si los clientes solicitan recoger en el lugar en la ciudad de Dong Hoi o la ciudad de Phong Nha, también se recogen como la solicitud.

- No se recomienda para viajeros con lesiones de la columna vertebral
- No es recomendable para embarazadas
- Adecuado para todos los niveles de aptitud física
- RESTRICCIÓN DE PESO: para usar la tirolina, debes tener entre 40 y 90 kg. Sin excepciones. Si no cumple con los criterios, puede llevar un kayak a la boca de la cueva.
- RESTRICCIÓN DE ALTURA: no se recomienda que los niños entren a la parte de baño de lodo de la cueva oscura ya que es profunda y difícil de maniobrar. Altura mínima requerida de 1 m para entrar en el baño de lodo; Aunque no recomendamos a niños menores de 1.3m para entrar.
- Opción vegetariana / vegana está disponible, avise en el momento de la reserva si es necesario
- Zipline no recomendado para mujeres embarazadas.
- Funciona en todas las condiciones climáticas, vístase apropiadamente
- **** Por favor, asegúrese de traer traje de baño y una toalla. Los casilleros para sus pertenencias se proporcionarán en la cueva oscura con un depósito de 50,000 que se reembolsará al devolver la llave del casillero.

Best trip ever! Our guide was THE KING and he was so informative and funny. The experience in the caves was incredible, and the water park at the end was a lot of fun. Would definitely recommend!!

Really fun bit of controlled adventure! Paradise cave is full of spectacular formations and lots of photo opportunities. Dark cave was the highlight. I kayaked across and then we spent about 1 hour walking through the cave and going in the mud bath and 1 hour in the water park (ziplines, slides, balance beams, obstacle courses). Our guide Huong was very funny and brought his phone in to take lots of photos and sent them to us later. Highly recommended!

Before booking this tour, I was a bit skeptical because of the price, as it is definitely on the more expensive side. However, after completing the tour, I can highly recommend it to everyone. It was absolutely worth it. The combination of the two different cave experiences makes the tour very dynamic and unique. In Paradise Cave, you can admire the stunning and breathtaking formations, while the Dark Cave offers a much more adventurous experience with mud, swimming, and exploring in complete darkness. Before entering the Dark Cave, the zip line is a fun highlight, and afterwards there is still time to enjoy the water park activities such as kayaking and more. Our guide, Huang (also self-known as King), was excellent. He not only explained the tour activities and the caves in detail, but also shared interesting insights about the city, the country, and the local culture, which made the entire experience even richer and more engaging. We were a group of 12 people, which I found to be the perfect size. It was easy to interact with others, and especially during the Dark Cave activities, the atmosphere naturally encouraged conversations and teamwork, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this tour is definitely worth doing if you are spending a day in the area. Highly recommended!

Great experience with our tour guide for this full day adventure starting from mud bath followed by water adventure and phong nha cave tour. Vegetarian options included in the tour were also good and our guide Huan and Anna were very helpful and helped us make our day memorable

Both caves are very different, and both are definitely worth a visit! Paradise Cave is all about sightseeing, while visiting the Dark Cave feels more like going on a lil adventure. It is highly recommended that you go in a small group with a great tour guide like King!

What a wonderful caving experiences! Our tour guide was energetic, happy, and kept us moving. Our driver was efficient and very pleasant. Lunch was a wonderful variety of local foods and the zip line was very cool. Long live The King!!!

Had an amazing time exploring age-old caves, zip-lining, canoeing, swimming and having a ‘mud bath’ which exfoliated my skin and fixed my skin problem. Thor and the driver Vindiesel (probably not his real name), were wonderful. Thor was very thorough in his explanations and facts about the different locations we went to. Vindiesel was so welcoming and a safe driver. I’d recommend this to anyone no matter the age. My friend and I got more then we thought, it was better than expected.

I had a great time with our guides Thor and Anna. The tour itself was great value as well - tickets and admission fees were all included and the tour guides handled everything very smoothly. Our driver, Vin Diesel (i suspect not his real name 😁) was also super friendly and very patient with us.
