Only as a reference, we provide tours and tourist services, at the Puerto Madryn area, Peninsula Valdes and Punta Tombo with Trelew valley; we focus all our efforts on providing outstanding experiences in contact with wildlife. Besides our office in downtown Puerto Madryn, we also have desks at both of the city’s piers, and we have been providing shore excursions to cruise passengers for the last 17 seasons. All our tours start and finish at the pier. These rates includes vehicle up to 18 seats, with A/C, English speaking tour guide and box lunch (ham and cheese sandwich, granola bar, 1 Argentinean alfajor and 1 bottle of water) also you can choose between a vegetarian, or gluten free meals. We don’t use coach buses for tours. If the ship doesn’t dock, we don’t charge anything, and if you prepaid for the whole tour or any kind of deposit, we will refund the 100% If you don’t show up at the pier up to 45 minutes after the ship docks (NO SHOW) we will charge 100% of the rate

Punta Tombo Protected Natural Area This Protected Natural Area was created as such, in 1979, has a total extension of 210 hectareas, and can be visited from September to April. The beach is considered intangible area, and in February you will find it, full of Penguins Chicks practicing swimming, especially in the small pools leave it from the tides. Leaving Puerto Madryn, toward the south, by the Nº 3 national route, and after traveling through 120 miles of pavement and gravel, we will arrive at Punta Tombo, the greater continental reserve of Magellan Penguins (Spheniscus Magallanicus). This incredible place its home of thousands of Magellan Penguins, and every year since October, they arrive to nest and to have their chicks. To watch and protected the place is important to respect the perfectly designed walking paths. Returning to Puerto Madryn we will have more than enough time to catch your cruise ship, so you can continue enjoying Patagonia Length: 6 hours Includes: Vehicule with A/C, English Speaking Tour Guide and Box Lunch

We set each tour starting time according to each cruise ship schedule, so as soon as your ship docks we will be waiting for you at the pier, and also as soon as we start the tour, much better will be our returning on time to the ship. we are at the Pier entrance holding a BLUE BALLOON Please try to disembark as soon as the ship docks, so we can start the tour as early as possible, and you will have more time to enjoy the trip and return to the ship on time. We will be waiting for you, at the pier, next to the ship, with a sign with your name; also our tour guide will be holding a blue balloon, so you can find us pretty easy. I´ll be waiting for you at the dock and I will introduce our tour guide to you. After the ship’s crew will let the people disembark, we will wait for no more than 45 minutes to start the tour Also please let me know if you have any medical condition regarding food, like lactose intolerant or need gluten free food, or if you are vegetarian, so we can set the best box lunch for you. The starting time of this tour it will depends on your ships docking time. 07:00 am it's the most typical schedule. but we start the tour according to the ship's schedule.

Both the guide and driver were excellent. Well informed and everything on time.
We did this tour through Shore Excursions and Costco. Instructions to meet guide and driver at the end of the pier were clear and guide and driver were waiting for us as expected. The vehicle was fairly comfortable and fit 13 passengers, mostly 3 to a seat. Board the vehicle early if you need a seat at the end of an aisle. The drive is 2 hours long with a brief bathroom break at the giant dinosaur stop about 40 minutes away. Nice, clean bathrooms. Another bathroom stop at the final location. About 20 minute walk to lookout on an uneven boardwalk. Some care required as a lady behind us suddenly tripped and fell. Penguins are everywhere along the boardwalk, so recommend to get to the lookout first and take pictures of all the penguins on the way back to the bus. Lunch was served at the bus or on the bus, if you took too many pictures and got back in the nick of time. It was a tasty sandwich, bottle of water, a brownie and a yummy alfajores. Our guide Claudio was very nice and shared some interesting information but did not speak the entire way. We felt very safe with our driver Renee.

Absolutely great tour. Pick up at pier was easy and convenient once we got off the ship. Our guide Mary was wonderful. Very friendly and informative. We could tell she was passionate about the penguins. Diego was a wonderful and careful driver. He got to and from the rookery safely and in plenty of time. The box lunch provided was plentiful and quite good. It fills the hole after being away from the cruise ship so long. Even with my limited eyesight and some mobility issues I was able to traverse the walkways. I’m so glad I did this tour.
Absolutely loved this tour, very well organised from beginning to the end. Mary our guide was brilliant, very knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. Seeing the penguins was fabulous we would definitely recommend this tour.

Mary was an excellent host. Superb English and lots of advice on everything to get the best experience. Driver Carlos seemed very safe and courteous. Mary had a wealth of knowledge about the flora and fauna. Lots of unperturbed penguins close up and were pretty close to guanacos as well. Highly recommend 🥳
