First off, the crew are lovely and work hard. Food is varied and plentiful. The bedrooms (203 and 204) are comfortable and attractive but the bathrooms need a little love, and there is a toilet/sewage smell in the room. Night time activities on our 2 evenings didn’t come to anything as no one wanted to do karaoke and squid fishing petered out early with no joy. Day time activities are excellent, especially if you do 3 days/2 nights. The fish farm, the kayaking through caves and the cycling. Seeing the endangered monkeys was incredible. Went enjoyed our time on the boat.

Had an amazing experience Pir guide, Tom was a lovely host. Loved every bit of it. Kayaking was the highlight.

Overall the cruise was great but the letdown was the condition of the boat we were put on. There are 2 “boutique”( this is how Venezia describe them) boats in their fleet and we were allocated the worst. Very old and rusty tug is better description. Our room was not the twin double we paid for and the ensuite although usable needs a lot of work. Meals were good, crew was fantastic, cruising LAN Ha bay was awesome but that boat needs the scrapyard.

We had booked this cruise for a group of 9 people, with 4 cabins allocated. The first three cabins lived up to our expectations: a window with a beautiful view of the bay at bed height, a comfortable bathroom with modern amenities and a separate shower from the toilet. Unfortunately, our enthusiasm was short-lived when we discovered cabin 104. This cabin was significantly smaller than the others. The tiny window allowed you to see the bay only by standing — you had to be able to stand in front of it because the space was so small. As a bedside table, an air conditioner but only on one side obviously. The bathroom was also very small, with a shower located directly on the toilet level. The pinnacle was reached at night, with a strong smell of kerosene that prevented us from sleeping, accompanied by the incessant noise of generators. The proposed activities were equally disappointing: The culinary workshop consisted simply of laying a tray of vegetables and rice leaves in front of us, without any accompaniment. Karaoke was done on a mobile phone screen, with a deplorable internet connection that regularly cut songsSquid fishing always without any explanation. The bike ride the next day brings it all up a little bit but don't try to have any explanations of anything! The kayak trip took place amid floating waste surrounded by hydrocarbons. This experience was by far the most disappointing of our entire stay in Vietnam. We do not recommend this cruise.

You get value for money, very average comfort, uninteresting activities, impossible to swim because pollution everywhere

This was such a lovely experience, well, at least after the fairly lengthy bus ride from Hanoi, although this itself was quite comfortable. The accommodation on the boat was spacious and very comfortable and the food throughout the trip was plentiful and of good quality, with the ships' staff being friendly and helpful. The kayaking trip was great fun, as was the cycling adventure, as well as the cooking demo, and the scenery was out of this world. We luckily had very good weather which made it even more enjoyable. I consider this experience as great value for money.

Superb boat, after comfortable and pleasant rooms. We slept really well. Our sadness was not being able to stay there an extra day/night.

Un'esperienza meravigliosa. Camera spaziosa e confortevole. Lo staff gentilissimo e professionale. Abbiamo chiesto menù vegano e abbiamo mangiato benissimo e molte cose elaborate. Il posto é spettacolare, poche barche e pochi turisti. Consigliatissima. Tour eccezionale

Our cabin smelled like sewage, forced to leave the windows open so sickening. Dinner very very average and excessive consumption prices, more personal insisting to push us to spend in drinks. Disappointed 😞
