El equipo de Swan Cruise Halong con 3 embarcaciones con 8-10 camarotes cada una y las cabinas están diseñadas en un estilo tradicional vietnamita. Las cabinas con balcón privado están ubicadas en el segundo piso con sillas y cabañas en el océano en el primer piso con ventana solamente. Este crucero siempre obtuvo excelentes comentarios de los viajeros debido a los excelentes servicios. El traslado en autobús moderno está incluido para este crucero y está disponible para recoger / dejar en lugares en el casco antiguo de Hanoi

The best cruise experience. From the time we entered the cruise the crew made us feel very special. They gave us a private Buttler and she took very good care of all our needs. Our private butler Cindy went out of the way to arrange vegetarian food for my family. The cruise itself is very nicee with large spacious comfortable rooms. The activities are amazing too, from kayaking to swimming in the sea to a total blast of a karaoke party and to end it all a superb early morning boat ride through the caves. I much appreciate Stellar of the season and highly recommend this to all age groups
We were the largest and only Indian group (4 adults and 2 kids) on board the Swan cruise. Rest of the guests were Europeans and very friendly. Both our rooms were perfect especially the jacuzzi tub, top deck was easily accessible so it was quite convenient to get around. Our guide (Man) was entertaining and made us feel comfortable, other service staff were also polite and pleasing. On day 1 we explored the Cap La island while having our 1st ever Kayaking experience! There were activities onboard in the night, enjoyed some Karaoke singing with family. The breathtaking views of the sea and caves were relaxing. Day 2 we explored the Thien Canh Son caves (limestone) which were so unique and magical. Only things Swan can improve on is by having bit more variety in the cuisine served. A common room with a heater would have been nice to dry clothes. Engaging the entire group with games/activities would have made the evening extra enjoyable.
Great communication when weather stopped one night of our trip. Food amazing. Sunday our host was incredible. So helpful. Perfect room with a balcony at rear. Bedroom really comfortable with little ensuite bathroom. All in all would recommend.
we really enjoyed the visit. the conditions of the cruise were excellent, it was noted that it was new, tidy and clean. we also like the staff very much, always friendly and smiling. the food was delicious. For the guide, Mr Vinh, a word of appreciation! he was very helpful, , fun and responsible. certainly advise
