Narration was hard to hear and very limited.
Great viewing from boat with all the windows! Well run operation.
It was one of the highlights from our family trip, we got our own area to hang out and got to go on the bow of the boat to look at the Statue of Liberty/Brooklyn Bridge. There was a bar and the option to buy a cheese tray.
Beautiful boat tour for all ages. I would do it again. I have been visiting the city all my life and I had never gone to see the Statue of Liberty. I brought 2 of my kids ages 13 and 5 and we really enjoyed it. I hate tourist traps and I hate over paying for tours. This was 90 minutes and we all enjoyed it. Probably the max time for my 5 year old. Thank you for having us.
Delightful trip Great views of the New your city skyline , Brooklyn bridge , Ellis island and the Statue of Liberty. The Crew was very friendly and informative.
The boat was beautiful elegant every crew member was helpful the captain as well everyone was on top of anything you needed made everything amazing pleasant time for my family thank you
Really good cruise to see the Statue of Liberty. Smaller and more intimate than the larger boats that pack a bunch of people on. But it wasn’t tiny enough to make you sea sick. It was perfect. Staff was nice and friendly.
Took the family to NYC and had to get them out on the water for the amazing views and trip to see the skyline. My wife and I did the full architecture tour with the same company last year and very much loved it. Had to go back with the full family on this trip. Highly recommend getting out on the water and getting a different perspective of the city. Crew were great and the boat is very comfortable. Free cocktails are also a great touch!
Enjoyed the sights and the crew - very helpful, personable and informative. Beautiful boat - very clean and comfortable.
17 passengers on the ship. Was hot hot hot until we pulled out of dock and opened windows. Boat was clean and fine. Was served our "complimentary" little beverage. 20 minutes later we were sailing past Statue of Liberty. Spent five minutes there. Then sailed down a little side area and back to dock. So many questions we had about different buildings and bridges we saw with no answers to be had. Staff for most part didnt interact with passengers except to get drink orders in the beginning. They made sure to mention tip jar as we exited. I asked my daughter "for what?" We only had our included little little cups of Coke. Staff didnt stand out or were even noticeable unless after the cruise started you went to the bar where they were at. We saw the Statue of Liberty which was the goal. But no, there was nothing that made this choice for cruise option stand out.
Lisa, thank you for booking a cruise with us and taking some time to provide your valuable feedback. We are happy to hear that seeing the Statue of Liberty met your goal for the trip, and we are sorry that you were disappointed that you were not able to get answers to your questions about the area. We encourage our guests to ask questions to the crew on the trips with less narration, and we hope that all of our crew will be warm, friendly, and approachable. We appreciate your insights as they help us improve, and we hope you will consider joining us on our professionally-narrated AIANY Architecture Tour as that sounds like it would be a perfect fit for you! - Classic Harbor Line
