It’s a scam - no one showed. We waiting for an hour and no one showed up- no boat no red shirts . Thankfully we were refunded our money but time we can never get back
We did not tour. I want a full refund and a $30 inconvenience fee. We stood in line, no awning, no restroom, no water, for almost 2 hours. We watched boss lady cruise carry on normal operations. You staff were rude and inefficient. The female walked through the crowd and scanned our tickets but said she would come back to print boarding passes. Much later a guy started printing receipts. Another 30 minutes and we still could not board. The last thing we heard was they were awaiting coast guard clearance. The female said something was wrong with the boat. A couple said they had been there since 20ish and the previous departure had been cancelled. There was a God coast guard presence so it must have been the boat. We had a 3.5 hour window before or curtain time when we arrived. We lost all that time. No water. No information. It was awful. We should have booked with circle line or boss lady.
The tour never happened. We waited from 1100 am to 130 pm. To finally be told that the tour wasn't going to happen after all. Unable to reschedule because we are flying back home. The crew was very rude, very unprofessional. Definitely not booking with them again. Requested a refund and still waiting for a reply.
My family (including young children) had 1 day in NYC. I had booked the 11 am sightseeing cruise so we still have enough left of the day for other sights. At 10:30 I received a call that the boat is delayed and would now depart at 12:30. We lined up in the hot sun for boarding at 12 as was advised. No shade was provided and very little information. We stood there for another hour. The boat was canceled. No refund was given. Our day in NYC was done without having seen a thing. I am irritated and disappointed.
What an absolute joke. Do not book with these clowns or you will waste half a day and still not have a boat ride.
Bad bc I was in the right place , never saw anyone to go for cruise. I was call no one answer, this a a Scam place I want my money back

Our cruises depart daily from Pier 36, 299 South Street, New York, and hundreds of guests successfully board from this location each day. The departure point is clearly listed on the booking confirmation and vouchers. Our check-in staff are present at the pier before every departure, and the vessel operates as scheduled. We have no record of the cruise being canceled or of any operational issues on the date of your booking. horrible never again waited for hours for them to cancel last minute, then spoke to someone and they told me we can get a refund because there investigated the issue and unfortunately can’t give me my refund but want to give me another time to come on this trip again like no i’m done with them and would never do it again straight scammers man and for trip advisor to have them as a third party company called attraction for us llc is a bad look never again using this company or trip advisor again plenty of ppl had the same problem with this company and for them to say we can even get a refund is horrible don’t book with that company guys you going to lose your money and never get it back!!!!!
The ride was great. The area was very sketchy and not well marked. The ticket attendant didn’t really know what was going on. They need more workers given more information on what is going on. I would recommend the boat ride but in another area.
Bad very bad 👎 We went to the dock where we was suppose to meet, we came 2 hours early to make sure we didnt miss it. Everyone kept saying there is no boat today it was canceled. We waited till after are time departure, there was no boat. Called all day Saturday left voicemails no return call back and no one answered. I would not recommend them. I am filing dispute with my bank. It even costed us $40 to park. You've been warned ⚠️ These people are scammers. No one tell you what to do no staff to advise you, they just let you stand in heat at 100 degrees out for nothing.
