There was rain in the forecast but we went out and within 20 minutes we had heavy rain and we turned around back to port. No word on refund or partial refund.
Parking is a nightmare with limited spaces. Boat is all the way at the end of the dock with no signage pointing u in the right direction, I followed the crowd and found it. Boat ride was very beautiful, only one dolphin at the end of the cruise, but very relaxing and beautiful! Worth the money.
The crew did a great job sighting the dolphins even when the wind was making things difficult. Thank you for the experience.

It was ok...didn't see any dolphins. Boat was crowded, and didn't have any history or info shared while on the cruise.
We had so much fun on this excursion. It was the perfect amount of time for young kids. Not too long not too short. We didn’t see any dolphins but the kids still enjoyed riding around the bay and the sunset was 10/10! The guides were very nice and funny too!
You may see the dolphins or you may not. It is not a guarantee you will see them on your ride. We had kids that were expecting to see them and they did not.

There's plenty of places and things to do with family you really don't have to leave the resort. I wished I would've known that before booking.
They cancelled the cruise last minute and still charged me full price. How do I get a refund? What kind of place cancels an excursion and still charges??
