Jordan was an amazing captain. Ask for her if you can. If you do not book a private charter, do not expect for you and your group to be on the same boat. That was a surprise, and the girl checking us in was kind of ridiculous. Jordan made up for it though. Bring your own alcohol because you can no longer buy it on crab island. There is plenty of food and drinks out there but no alcohol. BYOB! The slide is super fun. The bathroom is not much of a bathroom. Nice floatie to lay on. You can connect to the boats Bluetooth speaker. You can bring your own floaties. We got to see some dolphins because we went early. I personally recommend earlier the better.

We had so much fun! Packed sandwiches and drinks and had a great day at Crab Island! Highly recommned!

First they split up our family of 5. Apparently it's in the fine print. Then my husband and I waited for 15 minutes after the tour was supposed to begin, to only find out the captain of our boat left us. He then had to turn around and come back to pick us up which made another family of 4 have to be late to the island. Once we finally arrived it was fine, but our captain was drinking beer and doing shots. Not the professional viator experience we've had in the past. They told us if we had booked directly through them, we would be refunded our money. But they aren't able to do that when booked through a third party.

Brandi was our captain and couldn’t have been more fun and friendly. The tiki boat is ride to crab island is a quick fun trip and you can drink on the way and once docked you can float, swim, slide or what ever you’d like to do. Brandi will even call over a boat vendor if you want to order something. An overall great experience and we plan on going back to her in particular with other family and friends. Until next time!!

The checkin process was a little confusing, because a sign said check in was downstairs on the dock, but it was actually in the building upstairs. Aside from that, this was an amazing experience for my wife and I. Jeff was our Captain and even though Amanda was on another boat, she contributed to our experience with the banter and playfulness along side Jeff. We saw dolphins, and ordered chick fil a from the boat. It was awesome! Definitely will be back!

We throughly enjoyed our trip on the tiki boat to crap island. We had Captain Richard and he was the absolute best! He explained all the cool spots along the way. He was so much fun and accommodating! He even busted out the karaoke machine at Crap Island! So glad he was our Captain. I highly recommend doing this trip! We had a blast ❤️! We had 4 people in our family and 2 other people were on our boat. It was perfect and not over crowed like the other boats! Our boat also had a slide and floats. Thank you again Captain Richard for the amazing trip!

You can bring your own snacks and drinks or travel light and buy from any of the vendors out on the water! From Chick-fil-A to burgers or ice cream the food options are limitless!!
