Descripción
Nuestro muelle está situado en el centro de París, cerca del puente de Alma, con fácil acceso al transporte público y aparcamiento gratuito para nuestros huéspedes. A partir de las 11:30 horas, nuestro equipo de recepción le dará la bienvenida y le facilitará toda la información que necesite. Después de recibir su tarjeta de embarque y menú, abordará el barco, donde nuestro equipo de servicio y Maître d’hôtel lo guiará a su mesa y tomará su pedido de una selección de entrantes, platos principales y postres. Mientras disfruta de su aperitivo, el crucero comienza por el Sena a las 12:30 pm. Admira lugares emblemáticos como la Torre Eiffel, el Louvre, el Museo Orsay y los puentes Alexandre III y Arts desde una perspectiva ribereña única. Durante todo el viaje, disfrute de un servicio atento, vistas panorámicas desde la cubierta superior y música de acordeón en vivo. El crucero termina de regreso en el punto de salida a las 2:15pm.

Con su fachada insinuando su vida pasada como estación de ferrocarril, construida en 1900, hoy sirve como museo que exhibe obras maestras del siglo XIX, y más precisamente, la obra de los impresionistas.
Reconocible por su cúpula adornada en oro fino, fue construido originalmente como un hospital para los heridos de guerra bajo el reinado de Luis XIV. Hoy en día, alberga la tumba de Napoleón I y el Museo de Armée.
Construido para la Exposición Mundial de 1937, alberga diversos museos (el Museo Naval, el Museo de los Monumentos Franceses, el Museo del Hombre...)

While the welcome is perfect, the staff is very friendly, professional, and attentive, and the meal offers a very good quality/price ratio (including for the children's menu), it is unfortunate, to say the least, that the "routine" maintenance of the boat leaves much to be desired. We had this lunch cruise on a scorching day (35 to 40°C outside), and not only was the air conditioning too weak (if not nonexistent), but also nearly 1/3 of the ceiling blinds were missing, which made us feel like we were in a greenhouse. This is absolutely not normal and spoiled a good part of this day. These are lamentable savings and reflect a total lack of respect for the customer by the management of Bateaux Mouches. What a shame because, as mentioned above, the staff and the meal are very good, hence the "Average" rather than "mediocre" or even "Horrible."

Very good experience. Smiling staff who are attentive to your needs. Excellent food. Good value for money
The organization was terrible. We were hundreds of people waiting for a boat. They direct us to one door and open another, and in a small hallway, many people try to enter. We looked like cattle trying to enter the slaughterhouse. And then on the boat, you can't see any of the people that are there. I do not recommend this company at all.
We had a wonderful time with friends. The choice of dishes allowed my guests to enjoy according to their tastes. A big thank you to Clara, our main waitress, as well as to the entire team who contributed to the smooth running of this meal. A very good choice for celebrating my birthday. I recommend this option.
The ride had expectations, then it wasn't so much. At noon, on a sunny day the cabin was not equipped, air conditioning was lacking, too hot.
There is no guide to tell you what landmarks you are seeing, we liked that. The food was excellent and there was a man playing the piano, very peaceful.
I was looking for what to do in Paris and came up with this idea of taking a fly cruise on the scene
Beautiful weather, delicious end-to-end meals, very considerate cruise agents, very pleasant. Moment of sweetness and wonder. To do!
The tour was cancelled due to high river level but the tour operator was great with communication and refunded us in full without argument
When we arrived we were not on the list they have, but luckily they solved it and finally gave us the passes. Due to rain we couldn’t make the whole route, but also with all these unforeseen events, it was a very nice experience. I recommend it.
