Tiene un valor que puede ser utilizado en cualquier otro tour proporcionado por nuestra empresa.
- Reembolso del 100% por cancelación del tour.
- Tenga en cuenta que la seguridad y la comodidad de los clientes son de máxima prioridad.
- En cualquier caso, los clientes deberán presentarse en el punto de encuentro a la hora prevista, o contactar con la oficina con antelación.

The people from the Towns of Italy agency never showed up??? After 45 minutes of waiting, thanks to Paolo the boat supervisor, we took a tour (Grazie Paolo) but, without a guide, without the promised glass of Prosecco, 30 minutes instead of an hour, and the sunset was already almost over! So, stress while waiting for the appointment, loss of enjoyment, and we didn't get the service we paid for! *Very disappointed
Nous sommes sincèrement désolés d’apprendre votre déception et comprenons pleinement votre frustration face à cette situation. Dès que nous avons été informés de l’incident, nous avons immédiatement effectué les vérifications nécessaires auprès de notre guide ainsi que du prestataire en charge des bateaux. L’assistante du prestataire nous a contactés hier soir à 20h19 pour nous signaler que des clients de Towns of Italy se trouvaient sur le quai depuis environ trente minutes. Après vérification de vos noms, nous avons confirmé qu’il s’agissait bien de votre réservation. Elle nous a également indiqué s’être rendue à deux reprises, à des moments différents, à notre point de rendez-vous, sans toutefois y trouver notre guide. De son côté, notre guide nous a confirmé avoir attendu au point de rendez-vous jusqu’à 20h11, heure à laquelle elle a enregistré la réservation comme « no-show ». Elle s’est également rendue jusqu’à la Piazza Mentana afin de vérifier si des clients l’attendaient près de la statue, mais n’y a malheureusement trouvé personne. Un autre client participant à l’une de nos visites ce matin l’a par ailleurs abordée sur place afin de confirmer qu’il se trouvait bien au bon point de rendez-vous. Malgré ce malentendu, les Renaioli ont fait leur possible pour vous permettre d’effectuer la promenade en bateau. Toutefois, en l’absence de notre guide, la visite commentée ainsi que le verre de prosecco inclus dans l’expérience n’ont malheureusement pas pu être proposés. Nous regrettons profondément que vous n’ayez pas pu profiter de l’expérience dans les conditions prévues. Au vu des informations recueillies, il semble toutefois que notre guide était bien présente au point de rendez-vous pendant le créneau indiqué, mais que votre groupe et elle ne soient malheureusement pas parvenus à se retrouver. Nous vous remercions d’avoir pris le temps de nous faire part de votre expérience et sommes sincèrement désolés pour la frustration et le stress occasionnés.
Fun boat ride but the tour guide provided limited information and only for half the boat ride. The remaining 30 minutes were spent taking photos and talking to other travelers. Overall a missed opportunity to learn more about Florence.

What a beautiful way to start your Florence trip. Went w 19 year old daughter. Easy to find and easy on/off canal boat. Water/wine supplied. Vanessa was a knowledgeable tour guide and loves Italy! Thank you!!!
The gondola ride was absolutely beautiful! It was a really neat way to see Florence on our first day.
Such an amazing experience and way to enjoy the river without the walking and hustle and bustle. So calm and relaxing. The views are exceptional
A very enjoyable and relaxing cruise on a lovely Italian barchetto steered by Massimo. On the down side, we nearly missed the cruise through no fault of our own, we were at the meeting point twenty minutes ahead of the given time and in the right place (the square) but nobody came for us and we only just made the boat by going down the ramp to the jetty - in fact the boat had just left and had to come back. £65 a bit expensive also.
Excellent history lesson and smooth ride offering a unique view of Florence. We four adult women enjoyed it, except for the others who were on the tour apparently solely for a free glass of wine and to chat up anyone who would listen or talk on their phones. This was not only rude to those actually wanting this experience but we also felt badly for our guide. Felt like junior high. Greta, our guide was absolutely brilliant and possesses the patience of a saint. Big shout out to her and thank you for the Midwest ladies!
